This serene route takes you along peaceful country roads adorned with trulli, vineyards, olive groves, and traditional dry-stone walls. Enjoy exploring the historic centers, with Locorotondo’s charming white lanes and cummerse houses, and the sophisticated Baroque ambiance of Martina Franca.
A highlight of this adventure is the optional visit to a traditional dairy. Discover the art of mozzarella making, both by hand and with modern machinery. Explore the cave where caciocavalli are aged and learn about the production of creamy stracciatella and burrata. For those interested, a cheese tasting can be added (dairy visit and tasting are optional—refer to Inclusions/Exclusions).
Participants can bring their own e-bike at no additional charge, or rent an e-bike on site with local payment (see Inclusions/Exclusions).
