Marsa Alam Transfer to Aswan & Aswan Tour

Marsa el Brega - Guests will be picked up from their hotel in Marsa Alam and transported by air-conditioned van to Aswan. Upon arrival, they will be transferred to a 5-star Nile Cruise to check in before lunch on board. Note: If arrival in Aswan is early, the tour will commence immediately as check-in is at 12:00.

Aswan High Dam - Begin the tour by visiting the High Dam, completed in 1960 to protect Egypt from flooding and to generate electricity.

Temple of Philae - Continue to the Greco-Roman Temple dedicated to the goddess Isis, accessed by a small motorboat. Return to the cruise for a folkloric dinner.

Abu Simbel Tour & Kom Ombo Tour

Abu Simbel Temple Complex - At approximately 4:30 AM, the guide will pick up guests for the Abu Simbel trip (shared with a small group). Arrive around 8 AM to explore the remarkable rock-cut temples of Abu Simbel, designed for King Ramses II and Queen Nefertari. The Egyptology tour guide will provide historical insights from outside the temples. Enjoy a 90-minute visit and take memorable photos before returning to Aswan. Arrive back at the cruise around 1:30 PM for lunch and begin sailing towards Kom Ombo City.

Temple of Kom Ombo - Visit the dual temple of Sobek, the crocodile god, and Horus, the falcon god, in Kom Ombo City. Return to the cruise for dinner and continue sailing to Edfu overnight.

Edfu Temple - Enjoy Sailing

Temple of Horus - After breakfast, take a horse carriage ride with the tour guide to visit the Temple of Horus at Edfu, known for being the most complete and well-preserved Egyptian temple. Return to the cruise and relax on deck, enjoying the unique landscape and beautiful scenery of the Nile River while sailing to Luxor. Cross Esna Lock, have lunch on board, and enjoy afternoon tea on the sundeck.

Luxor Temple - Late in the afternoon, arrive at the cruise dock and transfer to Luxor Temple on the East Bank of Luxor, showcasing ancient Egyptian, Christian, and Islamic features. Enjoy dinner on board and a belly dancing show. Overnight in Luxor. Note: If arrival at Luxor dock is by 3:00 or 3:30 PM, there is an opportunity to visit both Karnak and Luxor Temples.

Karnak Temple & West Bank Tour & Transfer Back to Marsa Alam

Hot Air Balloon Luxor Take Off Site - Begin around 5:00 AM (timing can be adjusted) with a pick-up for an incredible 20 to 45-minute hot air balloon flight over the West Bank of Luxor, offering an aerial view of the landscape and famous landmarks. Enjoy the sunrise over the open-air museum city of Luxor, with views of the great temples and mountains below.

Valley of the Kings - After breakfast and check-out, start an unforgettable day by visiting the Valley of the Kings on the West Bank, where New Kingdom pharaohs carved their tombs into the mountains to hide their treasures and protect their mummies.

Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari - Visit the mortuary temple of the renowned Queen Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari and learn about her beautiful temple and intriguing story with her nephew. Conclude the West Bank tour with a photo stop at the colossal statues of Memnon. Lunch at a local restaurant is optional.

Temple of Karnak - Return to the East Bank to explore the largest temple ever built, the Karnak Temple, which was constructed over 2,000 years and covers about 63 acres. Capture stunning photos among its massive pillars and obelisks. Finally, transfer back to Marsa Alam.
