A representative from Tamer Safari Tours will collect you from your hotel at Marsa Alam, and accompany you to the gathering location of Shekh Malek, located 25 km north of Marsa Alam airport. This is where you’ll be introduced to your quad runner and you will have a driving test before beginning your adventurous 22 km journey through the mountains of the Eastern desert. Along the way, you’ll stop at a Bedouin tribe 2 or 3 times to learn about their lifestyle, traditions, housing, diet, education, religious practices, and more. You will also have the chance to taste their tea and try a hookah. We’ll return you to the quad runner station to conclude your desert adventure before transferring you back to your Marsa Alam hotel.
