Super experience - Everything worked out great, from the booking to the return transport to the hotel. We saw some giant tortoises, many colorful fish, beautiful corals, and even a dugong. The food on board was plentiful and good. We can recommend the tour operator with a clear conscience.

Amazing trip - One of the best snorkeling trips I've ever had! The whole booking process was easy and uncomplicated and the directly contact via WhatsApp was super. The team on board was highly professional and did a really good job in providing a great day and experience. We saw a lot of turtles and colourful fish. A big thank you for the guide Iham! With his patience and relaxing personality, we had all a great day without stress. Also thank you to Abdul and Messi - these guys were a lot of fun. The driver, unfortunately I don't know his name, but he was always right on time. I did the trip solo and felt the whole time super comfortable and taken care of. Live outside the resort too <3 - Everything done with great care and attention, you are in direct contact via WhatsApp and the operators respond immediately. On the boat, everyone spoke perfect English. They knew Italian within the limits of the communications important and necessary for the trip, but it was sufficient for the purpose! I recommend it without a shadow of a doubt! The pickup from the resort was done impeccably.

The snorkeling was breathtaking, and seeing a dugong and sea turtles in their natural habitat was a dream come true. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and constantly attentive, making us feel safe and well looked after throughout the whole trip. Disgusting service - I do not recommend this organization! Unfortunately, apart from the low price, there is virtually no service or compliance. Before booking, I specifically specified if there was a sea turtle tour. I was expecting a full stop and the opportunity to swim with them in peace, as I had on a similar tour with another cameraman. In practice, the KRISTINA boat did come to a place where sea turtles and dugongs live, but it looked very different. After about 10 minutes of searching, we were able to see just one sea turtle and one dugong. However, within 2–3 minutes, the instructor ordered everyone to return to the boat immediately. After that, we were taken to a regular reef, where we spent almost two hours. For me and my family, it was a great disappointment. I want to mention the work of the instructor. Instead of helping tourists enjoy snorkelling, he almost constantly shouted, demanding that everyone sail strictly "steamboat". Any deviation to the side was accompanied by another shout and demand for immediate return to service. He seemed to be missing a leash and we were missing collars. This style of communication completely ruined the experience of the tour. When booking, we agreed in advance that we would pay for the tour by bank card. They told us it wasn't a problem. However, after the tour we were taken to the ATM and told that it was necessary to withdraw cash because the organizer wants to receive payment in cash. I find this treatment of clients unacceptable. The boat itself also left an unpleasant impression - it was dirty and clearly needed cleaning. I want to highlight the work of a photographer. For $30, we were given only four photographs, three of which were frankly unsuccessful and actually unsuitable. We also received a video of our family being present for only about two seconds, with the rest of the time occupied by complete strangers. For this price, I expected a personalized piece with our tour, not a general commercial in which we are virtually non-existent. The quality of this service is totally out of line with its price. To be fair to you, after my claims, the staff did try to rectify the situation and once again took us to a place where sea turtles and dugongs could be found. But again, we were only given a few minutes to observe, and then ordered back to the boat again. In more than 15 years of travel and numerous sea excursions, this was unfortunately the most unfortunate excursion. That's a shame, because the place itself is truly stunningly beautiful, and with the right organization, this trip could have been memorable. But the poor level of service, the lack of compliance, the rude attitude of the instructor, the unsatisfactory work of the photographer and the overall quality of the organization left a very negative impression. Which is why I can't recommend this company.
