Thank you Marsa Alam Tours and specially Hamada and Said! - We found Marsa Alam Tours searching the internet. At first a little sceptic, but what a plessant surprise this company is! The communication after we made the booking was clear, friendly and smooth. We booked a private tour for just the two of us. On the day of the departure to Luxor the taxi driver was sharp on time for the pickup. (04.00 in the morning) We had a minivan with just us two, so we had plenty of space. (Perfect!!) Our taxi driver Hamada was a very professional and friendly driver. In 5 hours with two stops we were in Luxor and there the private guide Said was waiting for us. Hamada stayed with us the whole two days, got us fresh drinks, ice cream, some information on the way and all friendly and with professional distance. The tourguide Said was as passionate about his work as can be. He showed us around the Temples of Karnak and Luxor and led us passed the crowded cues. It showes he is doing this job for ten years now. After the temples we had a nice lunch in a local restaurant packed with locals, then you know the food must be good. And it was! We stayed the night in the Steigenberger Nile Palace. What can i say 5 star luxery, friendly staff, nice room, entertainment and good food. What do you need more. The second day we visited the Valley of the Kings. We entered the tombes and were mindblown from the overwhelming beauty. There is so much to see that it is almost too much much to take in. We finished the trip with a visit to the temple of Queen Hatshepsut. Again overwhelming beauty and you can't imagine how they could build this thousands of years ago. The 5 hours drive back with Hamada was smooth and relaxed. These two days were an experience we will never forget. Thank you Marsa Alam Tours and specially Hamada and Said!

Wonderful trip to Luxor - Everything went perfectly well. we got a very reliable driver. and a very well educated guide in Luxor who did not only show us everything but also explained what we saw. so we learned a lot and could enjoy it much more. We also got a better hotel than we booked with a nice terrace at the Nile. So I can really recommend doing such a trip for 2 days and choos marsa alam tours

A very special experience - Since we didn’t want to spend hours in a large coach and travel in a large group, we decided on an individual trip. Marsa Alam Tours was a very good choice for this. Booking was possible without any problems via WhatsApp, even with the method of payment we were met. The tour itself was super organized, we drove together in a minibus, the driver was very nice, in Luxor a guide was waiting. We could enjoy the two days without stress. We had chosen the 5-star hotel variant, Steigenberger directly on the Nile. Not so nice were two sales shows, one in a perfume shop, the other in an alabaster factory. But in fact, in Egypt this is part of almost all excursions. We were more than happy with the trip and can highly recommend it. A special thanks goes to Sara for the support.

A tour to perfection provided by marsaalamtours - Organized by marsaalamtours (Ahmed). As a family, we have already had multi-day tours provided by this organization and have carried out all tours to perfection. This time to Luxor and booked by us actually on the late side . Still Ahmed managed to arrange a Dutch guide. Child-friendly guide with a lot of knowledge of Egyptian archaeology that were brought even for children in a fun and understandable way. We will definitely let the following tours take care of this organization again.

2 perfect days in Luxor - Communication with Amal via WhatsApp was very good. She put together a program exactly according to our wishes. Ahmed, our driver, was very nice, reliable and attentive. Our German-speaking guide in Luxor, Ahmed Mostafa, organized everything perfectly on site. It couldn't be better. Even the two boys, 10 and 12 years old, were completely thrilled. We would be happy to book the trip again with Marsa Alam Tours.

Best Tour we have had - This tour was a private tour at half the cost that our cruse ship was charging for a group of 20 or more. Our tour guide, Heba and our driver Mohammad were excellent. Our guide made us feel like we were part of her life for 2 days. We highly recommend this tour company and this 2 day tour of Luxor. We were picked up by our driver in Safaga amd driven to our guide in Luxor. Very nice car and driver was excellent. No way would I drive here myself! Don't hesitate to take this tour!

Unforgettable trip to Luxor - Overall the trip was really beautiful and very satisfying. The private transfer by car with driver was excellent: safe, professional and very helpful driving, with perfect English spoken. The guide in Italian was a real added value: very prepared, with impeccable Italian, always available to adapt the program and to accommodate our requests. The 5-star hotel in the center of Luxor was very nice, elegant and cozy, in a really convenient location. Experience on the hot air balloon to take your breath away and very well organized. I take a star off just because at times the organization and communications were not flawless, but it must be said that the critical issues were resolved quickly. I still recommend the experience, because the overall quality of the trip was very high

A very interesting tour - Thank you for the trip, which we generally remember very well, despite the fact that, contrary to the arrangements, we received a car that was not suitable for a wheelchair user (a minivan with three steps that a disabled person could not overcome). However, the situation was saved by our driver Mohamed, who repeatedly carried my husband from the car seat to the ground and back, sometimes even alone, even though my husband weighs about 90 kilograms. He turned out to be an extremely helpful, empathetic person who was very understanding of our needs. I cannot imagine a trip without his full commitment and help, for which we thank him once again from the bottom of our hearts!

Excellent guide, but Marsa Alam Tours wasn't great at organising everything - We really enjoyed our trip to Luxor, but there were a few things that didn't quite go as we'd thought. We'd booked a private tour, but as soon as we got into the van to go to Luxor, we noticed three other people there. They had also booked a private tour and were surprised to see us in their 'private transfer'. Then, when we got to Luxor, we were supposed to be transferred to another car - a private one this time - but it was nowhere to be found, which meant we had to carry our bags with us the whole day. Our guide Hamy was the absolute highlight of our trip and handled our disappointments very well, as well as being an excellent guide. He arranged a horse and carriage to take us to the different sights as well as to our hotel (which was the other excellent element of the tour, by the way). He also arranged a boat trip for us, which we had booked in advance, but hadn't been arranged by Marsa Alam Tours... The second day, we did finally get our private car and everything went smoothly from then on. In short, our guide Hamy and our hotel were excellent, but the organisation by Marsa Alam Tours left something to be desired.

2 day trip from El Gouna to Luxor - Fine guides, annoying that we had booked a private tour there were 3 other people to be picked up on the way so the trip became almost an hour longer and the program had to be adjusted. I did report this and received a thousand excuses and an extra visit to Luxor museum. All in all, scant comfort. The return trip was already planned. Furthermore very friendly people and very nice trip.
