This is perfect for larger groups. The seating on your airboat is stadium style seating, so anyone seated in front of you will not be obstructing your view.
Each airboat tour is unique and unscripted, you never know what’s going to be waiting for your group behind the next turn. Airboats are driven by a 454 Chevy Engine, bringing speeds of your boat up to 25 miles an hour. Airboats are propelled by a large fan that blow air behind the vessel. On this tour, you will reach places and visit areas which normal boats and vehicles are unable to access.

- Airboats are not handicapped accessible. There are no lifts or ramps available for use. Guests must be able to get on or off of the boat themselves or with the help of someone in their party.

Frank, you took a piece of our hearts - The experience was great. The explanation about the alligators and their growth was very interesting. Learning about the swamp where they live was important because it helps us understand how alligators survive in their natural environment. The history of how the preserve was created and protected was also very interesting.
By the way, meeting Frank was the best part. My girls were so attached to him that they took a little more time away from the others, but who could resist such a cute alligator to cuddle with?

Gators! - You will see gators! You will learn about the Bayous, canals, marsh, and swamps. You will learn about the wildlife. It was an incredible experience.

Hoped we’d see a couple... - Hoped we’d see a couple gators but was ok if we didn’t and we saw soo many! 1000/10 recommend! Even got to hold a baby gator 😍

Fun Time! - All in all our experience was perfect. Ernie was amazing. He kept us well entertained and had us laughing the entire trip. My only advice would be to bring a blanket or a jacket, if you are going to be doing the tour during the winter months, even if the weather is 70°, you will be cold on the water.

Best Airboat Tour - Captain Beebop was AMAZING! We took the first tour out in the morning and had the absolute best time. He shared incredible information about the swamp and wildlife, and we saw a ton of gators up close. I’m a local, but I brought friends in from out of town and they absolutely loved it. The morning tour was perfect, and the experience exceeded everyone’s expectations. Highly recommend this airboat swamp tour—Captain Beebop made it unforgettable!

Up close in awe! - We had a fabulous experience on our Airboat adventure! We saw several alligators and enjoyed learning all about the Bayou! We even got up close to one large alligator- so nifty!

So much fun! - So much fun! Everything about the trip was fun: boat ride, guide, birds, gators! My son smiled the whole time. My favorite was seeing the momma gator with all her babies!

Grest Ride POPPOP! - Best swamp/boat tour I've ever taken. ERNIE was educational and took time to find the wildlife so we all could enjoy it. Easy drive from News Orleans or have translortation provided. Great excursion. Would recommend to all. We'll be back POPPOP!
