Zagora - Travel to Zagora city via Ouarzazate, passing through the Tizi N´Tichka pass with stops for panoramic views and opportunities to photograph the Berber villages that blend into the landscape.
Ait Ben Haddou - Continue south to the ksar (fortified village) of Aït Ben Haddou to visit the renowned Kasbah (designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1986). This stunning location has been the backdrop for famous films such as Gladiator, Obelix, The Mummy, The Jewel of the Nile, and Sahara with Penélope Cruz, among others. Enjoy free time for lunch in town.
Ouarzazate - Proceed to Ouarzazate, also known as “The gate of the desert,” which in Berber means “noiseless or without confusion.”
Taourirt Kasbah - Visit the Taourirt Kasbah, one of Morocco’s most impressive ksars.
Draa Valley - The next stop is the Draa Valley, renowned for its stunning Ksar and Kasbah.
Zagora - In the afternoon, arrive in Zagora and prepare for a one-hour camel trek to enjoy the sunset. While riding your dromedary, continue to the camp. Conclude this wonderful day with a delightful dinner at a campsite under the starry sky of the Zagora dunes.
