First time at the hammam ! - Booked via Viator and then found had made. mistake and booked two different activities on the same day and slot ! Contacted the operator directly thanks to Viator and they were very helpful and understanding to change my time. In fact both the local operators ( other one was the quad bike ) were very understanding. Driver Omar arrived before time to pick and since the hotel was out of zone, I had to pay a very nominal and reasonable fee. The two young women who did the hammam and massage were very good and considering how this is a fairly involved experience- put me at ease. I am glad however I had read about hammam so I wasn’t too taken aback - and also didn’t have any of the random things I read about on some reviews like some over zealous massaging and probing ! It would have been nicer if the actual spa / salon had more aesthetics like music and candles etc like a UK spa would have - and also would have been nicer to see the soap and creams being used ( was very dark ) but then considering rhr price paid cant expect more. I assume that Viator listing means the spas are safety rated on hygiene as well ..

Massage and Hammmam - Not very good service, 6 of us had booked for 3 hour total experience of Moroccan Hammam and a Massage day before, and were picked from hotel at 10.30 as arranged and arrived at the Spa by 11 am . We had to wait 11.15 am for the all staff arrive and we were split into 2 groups of 3 , so 3 men in our party had to have the Massage first which was supposed to last 45 minutes but it was over in 30min , and we had to go for a Hammam and we had one lady between 3 of us and literally we had to wash our selves which lasted about 30 minutes. It was very disappointing experience overall
