A Roll around in the Dirt would be better! - Absolutely disgusting! Dilapidated dirty, disorganised, noisy and unhygienic..my glove rub began at my legs, back butt arms and then the woman wanted to do my face with that very same glove. Zero care, we were then slathered in the mask which looked like pavement dirt and smelt then put in a separate room for 20 min waiting. When I got up to see when we were moving onto the next phase, I saw the woman who gave me my glove rub using my glove to bathe herself. Awful cheap products and my massage made me feel like a chicken being basted ready to go into the oven and I had to listen to the loud chatter of the staff all the way through it. I’ve been to hammam all over the world and this one was by far the worst experience I’ve had.

Successful local experience - Very nice authentic experience has a reasonable price, do not expect bling bling, it is local and it is great, thanks to Rachida for the glove scrub! We were looking for local and were delighted. Men and women are separated.

Unexpected sensory journey - A must-see stop to enjoy the authentic Moroccan hammam experience. Do not expect a Western spa but be amazed by the energetic hands of the native masseuses who with scrubs and warm ablutions will lead me on an unexpected sensory journey.

Fantastic experience - Fantastic experience Traditional Moroccan hammam with no frills, you are literally washed from head to toe and then a scrub that will make you reborn. I also recommend the half-hour massage that puts you back into the world

Very relaxing experience.... - Very relaxing experience. Lasted about 1 hour total and was such a great deal. They easily could have charged double for the services they provided.

Nice - It is a real thing, no fancy SPA. Women scrub your body and wash it! The building is old. They have lockers.

As expected simple - The hammam is kept simple and simple. Since it is a historic hammam, I didn't expect a fancy chick either. The treating lady, Habibi, did not speak English but was very nice and sang all the time during the treatment. We've oversubscribed to language. My skin was scrubbed off with strong pressure. A towel, sandals, and the washing utensils were provided. The whole procedure, including rest time, took about 1 hour.

To avoid - Bad experience: I did not expect behind the traditional term such dilapidated and devoid of charm: after 30 minutes of waiting despite a reservation, we lie on waxed cloths on the ground, washed with plastic buckets, soaped with cheap shower gel; but above all treated like cattle, without consideration or benevolence. Tea was not offered to us at the end, but we only thought about leaving this place quickly.

Sadly I would not recommend this for a couple wanting a relax experience. - We found the women's entrance in the busy Médina. I went in to what looked like a dirty hospital waiting room to be shouted at by a group of angry women saying they were eating and I should sit in the waiting area. Not interested in helping. I went out to my husband and we began the search for the men's entrance when we were accompanied by a local man who gave us directions to follow his friend down a rubbish filled alley. We declined and tried to find entrance, which we did. It was nothing like the images online and was not inviting. We decided to the experience was not what we planned - an experience together.
