Ksar of Ait-Ben-Haddou - Begin your morning journey from Marrakech into the heart of the High Atlas Mountains. Traverse the mountains via Tizi n’Tichka Pass, reaching an elevation of 2260m, the highest point in the Atlas Mountains accessible by car. By midday, you’ll reach the renowned fortified city of Ait Ben Haddou, once a caravan route between the Sahara and Marrakech. Experience a step back in time with our local official guide as you explore the Kasbah.
The Ksar of Aït-Ben-Haddou is a remarkable example of southern Moroccan architecture. Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it has also served as a backdrop for numerous Hollywood productions. Zagora - The breathtaking rocky canyons will guide you to a lush palm oasis nestled between mountains and valleys, where we will pause for a locally prepared lunch.
Continue your exploration of the charming Draa Valley, with its Kasbahs and traditional villages. Your evening in Zagora, the gateway to the Sahara Desert, will be enriched with traditional Amazigh music and a locally prepared dinner under the stars.

M’Hamid - Breakfast will be served amidst the stunning desert surroundings. You will then visit the village of Tamegroute, a short drive from Zagora, home to the underground Kasbah and one of Morocco’s oldest Koranic libraries. Before departing for the M’Hamid desert, enjoy free time exploring the beautiful area filled with local arts & crafts markets.
Upon arrival at the Dunes of Erg Lihoudi, you will have the opportunity to witness the spectacular Sahara sunset during an hour-long camel ride. Relish the enchanting desert atmosphere, starry night, local music, and traditional dinner around the campfire before retiring to your private tent at the traditional desert camp with an eco-luxury touch.

Ouarzazate - Rise early for a camel ride to witness the stunning Saharan sunrise. Enjoy a locally prepared breakfast in the delightful desert surroundings before returning to Mhamid. Our journey back to Marrakech then continues southeast to the oasis of Agdez, where the magnificent landscape of the Draa River begins.
After passing through spectacular rocky fields and lush green oases lined with palm trees, we will stop for lunch in Ouarzazate, the ancient city on the former caravan route, and home to the largest film studio, Atlas. Enjoy your visit to the cinema museum and the famous Taourirt Kasbah, a splendid example of Amazigh architecture.

Your journey back to Marrakech then continues through the majestic High Atlas Mountains and the winding roads of Tizi n Tichka pass. Estimated arrival time in Marrakech is 8pm.
