Marrakech - Day 1: Marrakech - Atlas Mountains - Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou - Dades or Tinghir. The 4-day, 3-night desert journey from Marrakech to Merzouga begins early in the morning. Guests will be picked up from their accommodation or the nearest accessible location by car. Several stops will be made for photos, to enjoy the scenery, and to have a cup of coffee. Travelers will cross the renowned Tizi-n-Tichka, witness Berber villages, and observe the dramatic landscape changes. The journey continues to the fortified Berber village of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, famous for being the backdrop of major Hollywood films like Lawrence of Arabia and Gladiator. Explore the village with a local guide for 2€ per person. After lunch at a local café, continue to the Dades Valley or Tinghir, passing through Ouarzazate, Klaa Mgouna, the capital of roses, known for its artisanal rose water distillation factories. Dinner and overnight stay will be at a hotel or Kasbah in Dades or Tinghir.

Merzouga - Visit Todra Gorges - Tinjdad - Erfoud - Dunes of Merzouga - Sunset Camel Trek. After breakfast, depart for the Sahara Desert Erg Chebbi Merzouga. The route passes through numerous Berber villages, a Jewish kasbah mellah, and an oasis shaded by palm trees. Visit Tinghir and the Todgha Gorge with a local guide. Continue to Tinjdad for lunch, then proceed to Jorf and Erfoud. Upon reaching Erg Chebbi, relax in Merzouga and pack a small overnight bag for a camel trek through the Erg Chebbi sand dunes. Arrive at a traditional Berber camp, leave the camels, and trek to the highest dunes to watch the sunset. Spend the night in nomadic Berber tents under the stars, enjoying the sound of drums in the heart of the Sahara Desert.

El Kelaa M’gouna - The third day begins with watching the sunrise over the Sahara Desert. After an early start, return on camels (depending on the camp type, a shower and breakfast may be available before the camel trek). On the way back to Dades, pass through the palm grove. After admiring the spectacular colors and shapes of the mountains, arrive at Tinghir and its stunning palm grove. At lunchtime, stop in Kelaat M’gouna to eat and rest before continuing to the Dades Valley, visiting the Dades Gorges. In the afternoon, cross the High Atlas Mountains towards Khmis Dadès, where the night will be spent in a hotel or kasbah.
