Fabulous Tour!! - The tour was amazing! The hike up was more moderate than easy level, but the views at the top were well worth it. Our tour assistant, Meryam was so friendly and knowledgable and she really made the tour that much better...thank you!!

The organization was not very professional. - I contacted the service provider 24 hours in advance for the organization. I received a response at the end of the day and even during the night to provide me with the meeting point for the next day at 8 AM. Poor organization.
Then I booked in French, and since the second language of the country is French. I was surprised to have a driver who does not speak French. That being said, he was quite nice.
The driver's driving was at times very concerning. However, this is not my first visit to Morocco; I know it can be a bit chaotic, but this time it was still borderline. Moreover, he parked 20 minutes away from the restaurant and asked us to walk there, even though there was parking next to the restaurant.
The guide was really good, spoke French, and often helped us when necessary. The question is whether you pay him because the tip he requested was quite high.
My walk was nice, and the view was superb.
Lunch was okay.
Overall, we had a pleasant day among friends, but regarding the service provider's organization, I would not recommend it.

Beautiful trip, communication somewhat lacking - The trip to the Atlas Mountains was wonderful! Beautiful hike and lunch. Our guide Ibrahim on the hike was fabulous. He spoke English very well and was very informative. Our driver Jawad was somewhat unengaged and spent a lot of time on his phone. communication about the trip prior to was lacking. I tried to contact them several times before hand without any luck.

Dangerous Route, Lost Guide, and Misrepresented Itinerary – DO NOT RECOMMEND - Firstly, the tour was advertised with an option for a pick from our riad at 8:00 am. I tried to get in touch asking for a delayed pick up at 8:30 but unfortunately the only reply I received was that the pick up will be anticipated by 20 min from a different location compared to our Riad. The tour operator kept texting and calling us on whatsapp asking if we could come to the location earlier in the morning of 5/5, which we did to accommodate him. We missed breakfast as a result. We were still in Marrakesh by 9:20 am picking other tourists up on that morning, so there was no need to make us meet up at 7:40 at all.
Secondly, the tour was advertised as having a guide in English but the language mostly spoken when important information was shared about the trip was French as the majority of the people were French speakers. It was very inconvenient for us to have to interrupt a long monologue in French.
While our tour operator was initially kind, he convinced us to take an "alternative, non-touristy" route that proved to be highly unsafe. We did have the option to go with the local guide, but the tour operator convinced us that the non touristic route was better and we accepted. As we kept climbing, it became clear that he lacked knowledge of the area, leading us into a treacherous area with large, fallen rocks. We only managed to return safely because another group of experienced climbers advised us to turn back, clearly stating the path was dangerous. It was evident our guide was lost and ill-equipped.
Furthermore, the itinerary was misrepresented. Despite my requests to visit the waterfalls, the guide did everything to avoid leading us to the waterfalls, including a stop at the restaurant area for a local soup. After that we only got to the main entrance to the first waterfall and then he discouraged us from visiting the second one, citing an exaggerated 40-minute climb. I went on on my own for about 20 minutes as I wanted to enjoy the area and managed to reach the second waterfall in less than 10 minutes. I was forced to rush back from attempting to see the rest of the waterfalls by myself because the guide prioritized stopping for lunch instead.
Finally, we felt pressured into stopping at a "cooperative," as a first stop of our trip, which felt more like a forced sales tactic than an authentic experience, aligning with commonly reported tourist scams in the area.
