Marrakech to Kasbah ait Ben Haddou-Ouarzazate-Zagora

Marrakech - First enjoy your breakfast at your hotel before your picke up from your accommodation at 7:00am The tour Departs from Marrakech at 7:30am in a modern, air conditioned minibus.

High Atlas Mountains - Travelling over the Atlas mountains,

Ait Ben Haddou - Traveling over the Atlas mountains enjoying the magnificent views of the surrounding countryside below and we visit the Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou. This journey takes approx 3hrs .

Ouarzazate - After our break, we continue to Ouarzazate (approx 1 hour or so) for lunch break and visit the Studio Cinema. If we have enough time . But not allowed to visit if they are making some movies
Lunch is available in the local cafe’s.

Draa Valley - we continue along the Drâa valley to reach our destination of Zagora.

Zagora - After a break in Zagora, we will meet our Camels, who will take us on a 1 and half hour trek into the dunes to reach our desert camp in the dunes of Nakhla.

From Zagora back to Marrakech

Zagora - After a traditional Berber breakfast, just prior to sunrise, we have 1 and half hour camel ride at sunrise to explore the area further and we head back to Zagora on our Camels. When we reach Zagora, we have the opportunity to take a shower and then we begin our journey through the Draa valley and over the Atlas mountains, with plenty of stops for photos and lunch, to Marrakech.

Marrakech - We usually return to Marrakech, arriving between 17:00hrs and 18:00hrs

Day 1:
Begin with early-morning pickup from Marrakech. Travel through the dessert sandstone city of Ouarzazate. Stop at the Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, where you will have free time to visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Continue to the verdant Draa Valley, which is well-known for its amazing ksour and kasbah. Head to Zagora and make your way to the windswept dunes for a sunset camel ride. Make camp at a campsite in the Zagora dunes and enjoy a hearty dinner of local flavors.
Day 2:
Wake early morning for a typical Berber breakfast before watching the sunrise from the back of your camel in the dunes. Board the bus and take the road back to Marrakech through the High Atlas Mountains.
