DAY 1: MARRAKECH - AIT BENHADDOU - DADES VALLEY
Marrakech - The journey begins with a meeting at the Marrakech hotel at 8:30 a.m. The route takes us through the Tizi n’Tichka pass in the Atlas Mountains, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.

DAY 1: MARRAKECH - AIT BENHADDOU - DADES VALLEY
Marrakech - The journey begins with a meeting at the Marrakech hotel at 8:30 a.m. The route takes us through the Tizi n’Tichka pass in the Atlas Mountains, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
Ait Ben Haddou - Passing through Berber villages, we will observe and learn about Argan oil production by Berber women in their cooperative. A visit to Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, Morocco’s largest Kasbah and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is included.
Ouarzazate - After enjoying lunch at the Kasbah, we head to Dades Gorge via Ouarzazate, known as the “Hollywood of Africa.” The journey continues along the “Road of 1000 Kasbahs.”
El Kelaa M’gouna - A stop is made in “Kalaat M’Gouna,” famous for its annual rose festival in May.
Dades Gorges - The day concludes at Dades Valley, where we will spend the night in a charming riad, complete with dinner and breakfast.
DAY 2: DADES VALLEY – TODRA GORGE – MERZOUGA AREA AND OVERNIGHT AT THE DESERT CAMP
Boumalne Dades - After breakfast, the journey continues to Tinrghir and the Todra valley, offering panoramic views of the valley’s ancient mud Berber villages.
Gargantas del Todra - Enjoy approximately 2 hours of hiking in Todra Valley, followed by a walk beneath the 300 m high red cliff, a popular spot for rock climbers.
Merzouga - The journey proceeds to Merzouga, with photo stops along the way and a visit to a fossil excavation site. Arriving in the Merzouga desert in the afternoon, a camel ride led by an experienced camel-man will reveal the hidden wonders of Morocco’s highest sand dunes. Enjoy the sunset and spend the night at the camp with food, a drum party, and a campfire.
DAY 3: MERZOUGA DESERT - ZIZ VALLEY - CEDAR FOREST - FES
Merzouga - The camel guide will wake you for the sunrise. After breakfast, a leisurely camel trek back to Merzouga allows for appreciation of the stunning Erg Chebbi dunes, which change with the light throughout the day.
Midelt - Travel to Fes via Errachidia, through the magnificent Ziz Gorges carved through volcanic rock, and to Midelt via the Tizi Ntalghamt pass, with a stop in Zaida for a barbecue and mint tea.
Azrou - Continue to Azrou, a Berber village in the Middle Atlas Mountains, where a stop is made to see the Barbarian apes in the cedar forest.
Ifrane - Proceed to Ifrane, known as the French village or Morocco’s Switzerland, for a photo or a drink.
Fes - Arrive in Fes for an overnight stay in a wonderful riad with breakfast.
DAY 4: EXPLORING FES THEN DRIVE TO CHEFCHAOUEN
Fes - After breakfast in the riad, the exploration of Fes, Morocco’s “Spiritual City,” begins. The morning is spent exploring the Medina and its lanes, visiting cultural and historical landmarks, including the renowned Al Karaouine Mosque and University (the world’s oldest), the Medrasa Bouanania, the Tanneries, and the Najjarine fountain. A visit to the pottery cooperative follows the main attractions of Fes.
Chefchaouen - The journey continues north to Chefchaouen, arriving after a few hours with time to explore the blue city. Overnight stay in a lovely riad with breakfast.
DAY 5: CHEFCHAOUEN - TANGIER AIRPORT
Chefchaouen - Enjoy a free walking tour of the medina of Chefchaouen.
Tangier - The day concludes with a drive to Tangier airport for the flight or to Tangier port for those taking the ferry.
