So much fun-super excellent experience! And so yummy!😋 - So much fun this morning learning how to cook chicken tajine and other yummy moroccan dishes! Super neat walking down the street to the market and picking all of our ingredients! The kitchen was super clean. The ladies were so warm and friendly just an all-around good time. it was four hours in total, but it felt like barely 2! Just the right amount of people in the class I believe there were 9 of us in all! Got to meet visitors from all over the world and share a wonderful lunch! 😋

Cooking Class - Our guide was very enthusiastic and took plenty of time to explain everything. My 11-year-old daughter absolutely loved the cooking experience. We really enjoyed doing the grocery shopping together and learning along the way, cooking together, and sharing a delicious meal. Highly recommended!

Wonderful cooking lesson - This was the best experience we had in Marrakesh. It was the absolute highlight of our vacation. The staff was friendly and wonderful. The food was delicious, in fact it was the best food we had in Morocco. Even my 5 years old grandson had a wonderful time! I will always remember this experience. I would give it a rating of 15!!!!! Thank you!!!

Active and fun way to learn about Moroccan culture - This is a very fun class and an interesting approach to learning more about Moroccan culture through food. I loved our guided shopping trip in the market including produce, herbs and freshly butchered meat. We had a lot of assistance in the kitchen from Cookie and Fatima so the time just flew by. Sharing the meal with other classmates was a grand way to end our time together. Looking forward to cooking my own tagine when I get home.

Absolute must-do culinary and cultural experience - My daughter and I had such a wonderful time with Kaoutar (Cookie) and Fatima, it was a cheerful and extremely interesting experience. And the food we cooked was so delicious, on top we got to make not just one dish but three salads, two tajines and one dessert. You must book the morning session because the visit of the market makes a huge diffrerence, the chicken butcher is maybe not for the faint at heart but the whole cultural immersion is just amazing. I cannot recommend this activity enough, big thanks to the wonderful and warm hearted ladies!!!!

COULD NOT BE BETTERED IN ANY WAY - Don’t be fooled by the unpreposessing entrance, once inside you’ll quickly realise this is a very professionally run operation. The kitchen and dining areas were both scrupulously clean. Attention to good hygiene was evident throughout. “Cookie” was very welcoming and friendly. Her English was excellent and instructions very clear. We really enjoyed the whole evening. And as for the food - beyond doubt the best we tasted in Marrakech. Can’t wait to try out the recipes and techniques at home. THANK YOU!!!

Fantastic cooking experience - From start to finish this was a joyous hands on experience from start to finish. Led by Leyla and her 2 wonderful assistants we were taught the rudiments and significance of Moroccan cookery. we started off with a visit to the market to collect the ingredients needed from fresh veg, chicken and sweet pastries. We came back to the riad and whilst Leyla and her 2 assistants prepped the ingredients, we had atay and the sweet pastries we got from the market. Following this we were all given jobs to do to prep the dishes. So much laughter and joy. We made 2 main tagine dishes; chicken and vegetables. 2 side dishes of aubergines and peppers, salad and an almond pastilla. To finish we were taught to make Atay. We then sat down to eat what we'd made I'd thoroughly recommend this experience Thank you

Great experience! - Had a great time at this lunchtime cooking class (10.30 - 14.30). There were 9 attendees and everyone got along perfectly. Leila is the extremely amiable host (helped by 2 Moroccan ladies) She explained the foods .. and instructed us well. Afterwards we ate what we cooked; chicken-tagines, salads, dips and sweets. I was so full afterwards, I had to skip dinner!
