- Monriad - The cooking class will be held in the riad: MONRIAD. We are in the heart of the old medina of Marrakech, near the main square and close to Bahia Palace. Upon arrival our chefs will be greeted with a tasty and aromatic Moroccan mint tea. We will prepare the shopping list with our chef Aicha and then will jump into the traditional old market (souk) to buy some ingredients. A small tour, walking through aromas of spices and local traditions. Back to the riad we will start to prepare the moroccan menù with with support, explanation and advice of Aicha. Usually the home made lunch/dinner will be serve on the terrace with an amazing view on the old city or in the courtyard of the riad. Less than 1 week from the cooking lesson the chef will receive the recipes by mail.

Amazing experience! - I attended the cooking class at Monriad in Marrakech and it was one of the most beautiful and authentic experiences of my trip!
From the first moment I felt welcomed with incredible warmth. The day began with a visit to the local market, where we discovered fragrant spices, fresh vegetables and all the secrets of Moroccan cuisine. It was fascinating to learn about culinary traditions and learn to choose the best ingredients.
The lesson was engaging, fun and super interesting. The chefs explain everything with great passion and patience, making every step easy even for those who are not experts in the kitchen. Making typical dishes such as tajine and couscous directly with your own hands was a unique emotion!
The greatest moment? Sit down together at the table and enjoy what we have cooked, in a convivial and relaxed atmosphere. Authentic flavors, intense aromas and truly excellent quality.
I recommend this experience to anyone visiting Marrakech: it is not just a cooking class, but a real journey into Moroccan culture. Not to be missed! 🌿🍲✨

Lost in the Medina - A truly engaging and enjoyable way to learn how simple it can be to prepare delicious Moroccan food. The experience highlighted that ingredients are the foundation of great cuisine, making our guided market visit exceptionally valuable. Top! - Excellent activity to do with family,
Our son is 5 years old and loved it.

Monriad.. time to cook! - An experience of absolute value : cooking under the guidance of the skilled chef Aicha is something you will not forget. The true flavors and scents of Morocco mixed with the friendliness of the staff and the atmosphere of the Riad remain an important memory of our holiday! We had a lot of fun and prepared our typical Moroccan dinner! For young and old. It is not to be missed!

Moroccan cooking classes - An absolutely great experience to live with family!
The team was incredibly kind, very attentive to adults and children alike. We learned a lot in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
The meal we prepared was simply delicious, a real treat from start to finish.
A huge thank you for this moment of sharing, generosity and pleasure. We leave with wonderful memories.

Sublime experience!!! - The cooking class at Mon Riad is an experience you must try! Starting from the choice of products at the local market accompanied by the staff, to continue with the sweet and professional chef Aicha who taught us to prepare fantastic tajines! Smells and tastes skilfully mixed: participating in the preparation is really great. Finally we tasted our work, vegetarian tajina, meatball tajina with egg and vegetables. You are so good!!!

I highly recommend - My friends took this cooking class and loved it! They participated in the races and at every stage of the preparation. The whole team was lovely and caring. As I was not feeling well, they prepared a dish for me. Really exceptional!
