Excellent first day activity - We had a fabulous time with Hassan and Ahmed and the rest of our cooking group. We decided to make this our first days activity to learn about and taste home made Moroccan food and we learnt so much! The facilities were clean and comfortable and the class was well run. We'll be taking the lessons learnt home with us and sharing our new skills with friends and family. Thank you!

Great family activity - We had a fabulous afternoon with Hassan. He made an extra effort to put the kids centre stage and keep them occupied, and the food was the best we’ve eaten so far on this trip! Absolutely delicious! Highly recommended.

Wonderful experience. - Had a fabulous day cooking with Hassan, it's a brilliant experience, with amazing food, lovely people in a homely atmosphere. Hassan and family are great hosts and brilliant teachers, making everything seem so easy. Lots of wonderful history shared as well around the region and the people who live there, and the shaping of modern Morocco and the languages used. The food at the end was incredible, and I can't wait to try it again at home. Can't recommend highly enough - 11/10.

Excellent food around a friendly table. - Our family of four (two adults, two teens/tweens) had an excellent time during this class. We didn’t get to shop the market for the food because of a holiday, but didn’t feel like we missed out on much. Our group of nine in the class made six dishes together (two mezze and four tagines) and learned so much about traditional Moroccan cooking techniques and ingredients. Everyone was able to participate in the prep, and while we cooked we asked Hassan a number of questions about both traditional and modern Moroccan food. The class ended with a communal meal, and the food was delicious.

Fantastic food and experience - Just had a lovely time making tagines. Beef with prunes, chicken with preserved lemons, vegetarian and meatball (like a shakshuka). There was a demonstration of making Moroccan tea that made me appreciate it more. Not as simple as I thought. I won’t ruin this for you except to say you will start making your loose leaf tea at home differently afterwards. Lovely space and we went on the roof and could see the Atlas Mountains.

Wonderful morning cooking with Ahmed and Hassan - Delicious food, lovely people, great vibes! Ahmed and Hassan looked after us really well and we learnt a lot about Moroccan food and culture. Also, I’m vegetarian and I was able to eat 3/6 dishes that we made! Would definitely recommend this cooking class.
