Unique experience - Be flexible with timing… traffic may tie things up. The massage was good, but a lot of noise upstairs and the speakers are blown so the music had a lot of static, which was also distracting. The bath was great. If you’re inhibited, bring a swimsuit.

Ok experience - Left waiting in reception of spa for 40 mins, lots of work men coming and going, not very relaxing first experience.
Hamman experience was ok, very noisy, phones and chatting constantly.

Overpriced and Unprofessional: A Truly Disappointing Experience - On-time arrival but 1h delay before being taken care of. Place didn’t match photos, dirty and noisy. Hammam lasted 10 min instead of 45, rushed and painful. Long wait, then massage only 25 min instead of 45. Unsanitary bathroom. There were construction noises throughout the entire experience, and we could also hear the staff arguing outside in the hallway. Very disappointing and not worth the price. -100000 this experience

No friendly staff, cold rooms that did not close. Overall not a great experience. - The only good thing was the transportation from and to the spa. Upon arrival they made us wait for 30min, the staff wasn’t really friendly and were talking constantly throughout the massage. Hammam room was cold, doors didn’t close all the way. We were promised some tea as well but didn’t receive any. Overall not a good experience…

I have never written a... - I have never written a negative review until now.
Driver picked me up 25 minutes late. Waited at the hammam for almost an hour before they took me back. The experience was not relaxing at all. There was a glass door in the steam room where others (any gender) outside could see you. It was quite uncomfortable. None of the doors locked. They switched my masseuse 15 minutes into my session and never told me. Incredibly unprofessional.
My appointment was at 1pm. I got picked up at 1:25. Waited until 2:45 to be taken back and was done by 4pm. Massage was not 45 minutes. Body scrub/exfoliation was not 45 minutes. At the end they offered tea and it come out room temperature. What a waste of money for a horrible experience.
