Perfect desert night - My husband and I spent 1 night with Merzouga tours in the desert and another in a riad arranged by our guide. It was an AMAZING experience. The “tent” we stayed in was a nice hotel room with a clean bathroom. They had a normal toilet, shower with plenty of hot water, and the room was very spacious. We had a delicious dinner with multiple courses and a delicious chicken tagine. We also were served an amazing traditional Moroccan breakfast. We arrived to our camp site via camel ride. It was probably a 45 min to 1 hour camel ride with some of the most beautiful desert views during the sunset. Finally, the staff here are all kind, gracious and happy to make your stay the best it can be! I was very happy with my experience and would recommend it to anyone!

Merzouga Tour - We took a 4-day group tour from Marrakech, and I can honestly say it was the best choice we could have made. We noticed that people who chose the 3-day tour didn’t get to experience as much of the desert, while the extra day really made a difference for us. We had a fantastic day with the included jeep tour, exploring the Merzouga area, and we really enjoyed having Berber pizza for lunch. We also tried quad biking at sunset with sandboarding, which was an amazing experience and a real highlight of the trip. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we highly recommend.

This tour is very worthwhile - A wonderful experience in the camp. The workers are the best, very nice and willing to help in any way we need and worried about us being okay. It is very worth doing the 4 days tour above the 3 to enjoy a whole day of the desert and the 4x4 tour (a 10 Ismail as a driver telling us many things and making us enjoy like crazy dunes) that makes it a pleasure to know more about the desert, and about Merzouga.

Beautiful experience in the desert - Beautiful experience in the desert that we had a lot of fun 13 and 15 year olds enjoyed. The tents are equipped with every comfort. Our guide made us taste the desert, the dunes, the Berber villages, the food. All really nice. Improved timing and organization of transfers. In the tents there is a bathroom with hot shower. There are stoves to heat the tent.

Desert experience ❤️ - We chose a 4-day tour to have more time for the desert. The tour is well organized and includes the visit of some very interesting sites from a historical point of view (Hait Ben Haddou) and landscape (Todra Gorges) beyond the passage in the Atlas Mountains where we found snow!! The transfer to the dromedary camp in the dunes is always exciting. The tents are clean, spacious, with private en suite bathrooms and boiling water! Breakfast and dinner excellent and plentiful. The 4-day tour also includes a 4x4 ride through the dunes and Berber camps with Esmail excellent driver and guide. In the morning wake up to see the sunrise. In the afternoon we rented the quad bikes with guide for ride on the dunes and descents with snowboard. Great trip!!

Wonderful experience! - Wonderful experience! I was in the luxury camp with my friend for 2 nights, I think that the 4 days experience is the best option since it gives you the chance to have more relax, see typical Berber villages and discover the desert in addition to the classic camel tour (that remains rally funny!). I've really enjoyed the camp, the vibes, the so-good typical food and Berber music in the evening, special mention to the kind Esmail who has driven us in the jeep among the desert dunes ❤️

Worthwhile Experience with Exhausting Travel - The tour offered great food, and the hotel was excellent. However, many things can go wrong due to winter weather and the long driving distances. We spent 30 hours or more on the bus, so taking the fourth day is essential. It also allows you to experience the dunes in the afternoon before the next wave of tourists arrives. If you are traveling alone, the experience can often feel lonely, as group gets split up multiple times. Lunch locations are set in stone, regardless of how late the group arrives, and they are in the middle of nowhere, not in pretty towns. The tour lacks flexibility and does not allow time for stops at other highly interesting locations. I would still recommend the tour.
