Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas Mountains – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Dades Valley

High Atlas Mountains - The desert journey kicks off early in the morning as the group departs from Marrakech in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle. The route traverses the stunning High Atlas Mountains, passing through picturesque landscapes and traditional Berber villages.

Ait Ben Haddou - A stop is made at the renowned Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260 meters), the highest road pass in Morocco, providing fantastic photo opportunities and panoramic views. Following this, explore the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ait Ben Haddou, a remarkable ancient ksar featured in numerous films such as Gladiator and Game of Thrones.

Boumalne Dades - In the late afternoon, the journey proceeds through the Valley of Roses and into the Dades Valley, celebrated for its dramatic rock formations and lush oases. The night is spent in a delightful guesthouse or hotel in the Dades Gorges, with a traditional Moroccan dinner.

Day 2: Dades Valley – Todra Gorges – Erfoud – Merzouga (Luxury Desert Camp)

Todgha Gorge - After breakfast, the journey continues through the Dades Valley, with stops to admire the striking rock formations and lush scenery. Next, visit the spectacular Todra Gorges, where towering canyon walls rise up to 300 meters—ideal for a short walk and photos.

Merzouga Desert - After lunch in the area, the route continues through desert towns like Tinjdad and Erfoud, known for fossil workshops and local markets. By late afternoon, the group arrives in Merzouga, where the desert adventure begins.

Swap the vehicle for a camel ride into the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi, pausing to enjoy the breathtaking sunset. Arrive at the luxury desert camp, where a warm welcome with mint tea awaits, and settle into a private tent with an en-suite bathroom.

Enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner under the stars, followed by Berber music and drumming around the campfire.

Day 3: Merzouga – Jeep Tour – Khamlia Village – Desert Exploration – Luxury Camp

Day 4: Merzouga – Erfoud – Tinghir – Ouarzazate – Marrakech

Marrakech - After breakfast at the desert camp, the journey back to Marrakech begins. The drive passes through Erfoud, Tinghir, and Ouarzazate, with several convenient stops along the way for lunch and bathroom breaks.

Relax and enjoy the scenic views of the desert and mountains while traveling comfortably back to Marrakech, arriving in the evening to conclude the luxury desert adventure.
