Unforgettable Experience - We were picked up from our nearby Riad at 4:30 in the morning, other pick ups were done along the route and we arrived at the camp at approximately 6:30. We were placed around a camp fire with other English speaking guests and served mint tea and cake. We watched in awe as the balloons were inflated in the cold desert air. One by one each group took off, then last of all it was our turn. We clambered into the basket and awaited lift off. Unfortunately after much shouting and gesticulating our pilot announced to the group that our balloon had a rip in the canopy. A replacement balloon was urgently brought out and inflation began, at this point we were ushered back to camp as we were informed that it was now too windy to take off. After a further wait of 15 minutes we were finally allowed back to the balloon. This time the basket was on its side and entry would be on our backs. We finally got up in the air some 30 minutes after every other group. The views were spectacular and the 45 minute journey so serene. We braced for landing and ended tilted and slightly to one side. We waited our transport team to deflate the canopy and we exited the balloon, unfortunately we had landed the wrong side of a stream and this was another 30 minute delay as each member of our group had to be carried across the water. We returned to camp for our breakfast of tea/coffee, yogurt, pancakes, bread, omelettes and fruit. We returned to Marrakech for around 12:30, after a truly unforgettable experience.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! 🇲🇦 - From the moment we picked marrakech we knew the hot air balloon was a must!!!! First time we weren't so lucky, the pilot's kept us grounded and rightly so it was sooooo foggy and was in everyone's best interest for safety reasons. Then came Wednesday morning and OMG just wow!!! What an unbelievable experience from start to finish. The views were just stunning and the sunrise was just spectacular.. Bruno our pilot was absolutely fantastic, he explained how the balloon worked and made sure we all got the perfect sunrise pics!! Overall a fantastic experience, would highly recommend 👌 10/10 🌟

Up up and away in my beautiful baloon - What a truly magical experience — if you’re in Marrakech, book this hot air balloon tour immediately! (Seriously, stop reading reviews and just do it… but finish this one first 😉) I’m not exactly best friends with heights, so I started the morning with a healthy mix of excitement and “why did I agree to this?” However, our incredible pilot, Bruno, quickly turned those nerves into pure awe. From the moment we met him, his calm professionalism and confidence made it clear we were in very safe hands. Bruno was an absolute star. He explained in detail how the hot air balloon works — clearly, patiently, and in a way that even those of us whose scientific knowledge peaked in primary school could understand! He struck the perfect balance between informative and entertaining, sprinkling in humour at just the right moments to keep everyone relaxed (and distracted from looking down too much!). Floating peacefully above the breathtaking landscape as the sun rose was something I’ll never forget. It felt serene, surreal, and surprisingly gentle — not scary at all. Thanks to Bruno’s skill and steady hand, the entire experience felt smooth, safe, and wonderfully calm. Bruno, thank you for being not only incredibly professional but also genuinely hilarious. You made what could have been a nerve-wracking adventure into one of the highlights of our trip. If you’re even slightly considering it — do it. You won’t regret it. 🎈

Unmissable! If you can, you must! - I’ve done this multiple times with different companions (best friend, grandson, daughters) and each time has filled me with joy! I cannot describe how utterly magical this experience is & this is how I chose to celebrate my 60th birthday. Mahmoud and his team at Adventure Balloons Marrakech are truly elite. A balloon flight is probably only a once in a lifetime experience for most so I feel totally privileged. The landscape is never the same and at different times of the year there is always something new to see. This time it was lush and green after the rainfall, and the mountains were topped with snow! Prior flights have shown how red the land is. Clear skies or a smattering of clouds, gives a different vibe. But the sunrise never fails to take your breath away as it appears from behind the Atlas Mountains. I highly recommend this company for their attention to detail and utter professionalism. Truly elite!

Fantastic balloon ride. - Our pilot Arthur was well seasoned and very mindful of having a great flight experience and a safe flight. We had rain early in the day that made us wait until the skies cleared. The views of Marrakech and the Atlas Mountains were phenomenal. The calming balloon ride made the wait in the rain worth it. Breakfast afterwards was a perfect end to a great balloon experience.

9/3/26 - We enjoyed the flight. It was my wife her first time so she was nervous but our pilot Bruno was a very nice man and calmed everybody down and he explained everything good. The soon we went up we felt very safe. Thx to Bruno and his team for the good flight
