All right - All very well. They picked us up where we agreed at the right time, we went to a place, we did a hammam and then a massage. There was tea in between.

A relaxing escape despite a scheduling mix-up! - We had a bit of a bumpy start as there was some confusion over our pickup time, and the spa wasn't expecting us when we arrived. However, the staff handled it perfectly. Instead of turning us away, they were incredibly welcoming and offered us tea while they quickly prepared for our session.
This was a first-time experience for both my partner and me, and we absolutely loved it. The ladies were clearly very experienced and made us feel at ease. The entire process was so relaxing! Afterward, I messaged our driver via WhatsApp, and he was there within 10 minutes. Despite the initial confusion, we had a fabulous time and would definitely recommend them."

Good expérience - Oh my God, I loved it! It was my first time at a Turkish bath, and it was an unforgettable experience. I felt so relaxed and absolutely loved it. I received a massage and bath from Labna and Manal, and they did a fantastic job and were incredibly hospitable. I highly recommend it.

Good expérience - It was a wonderful day from beginning to end. The driver was pleasant and communicated well with us. He drove us in an air-conditioned car and his driving was safe. Afterwards, we enjoyed a relaxing steam bath using natural local products. The scent was so beautiful and unforgettable. The young women gave us a very warm welcome and prepared delicious mint tea for us. We sincerely thank all the staff. I am certain we will return on our next visit to Morocco.
I highly recommend this experience.

Great experience 10/10 - I really enjoyed this experience. I've received many massages around the world, and this is definitely the best I've had so far. Excellent hammam and very professional, passionate, and knowledgeable staff I thank said very much, he was wonderful and friendly.

Disappointed - The place is shady. It was part of the tiny old hotel that had not much privacy. The lady who scrubbed me, was not bad. But I am not sure the tool she used and the place she scrubbed me were properly cleaned. The steam room temperature was not warm, I feel like I am not properly got warmed or moistened enough to get scrubbed. The room for massage is even worse. The floor is not cleaned, the towel smell, the massage therapist was not good enough. I was anxious during the whole process because tithe construction noise on top of the room was pretty loud. Overall it was a bad experience, I will never use it again.
