Day 1: Marrakech - High Atlas - Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou - Ouarzazate - Rose Valley - Dades Valley

Ait Ben Haddou - Departing from Marrakech at 8:00 am, the journey will take us towards the High Atlas Mountains, traversing the Tizi N’Tichka pass at an elevation of 2260 meters, where breathtaking landscapes await.

Vallee Des Roses - After lunch, the journey continues towards Ouarzazate, known as the gateway to the desert, then proceeding to the Rose Valley or Dades Valley, where the night will be spent.

Day 2: Dades Valley - Todra Gorges - Erfoud - Erg Chebbi Desert

Merzouga Desert - After breakfast at the riad, the excursion continues along a unique road lined with various kasbahs, each distinct from the other.

The journey will then reach the stunning Todra Gorges, where there will be a stop for a walk to admire this remarkable panorama, where ancient waters carved the limestone walls, creating an extraordinary landscape.

The next stop is Touroug for lunch, followed by an afternoon journey to the Erg Chebbi dunes, where the night will be spent. Before that, a camel ride to witness the sunset will be enjoyed, as the last rays of the sun bathe this vast sea of sand.

Dinner and an overnight stay in a Berber tent will follow, under a sky filled with stars, embracing the peace and tranquility of the desert.

Erfoud - The next stop is Touroug for lunch, followed by an afternoon journey to the Erg Chebbi dunes, where the night will be spent. Before that, a camel ride to witness the sunset will be enjoyed, as the last rays of the sun bathe this vast sea of sand.

Day 3: Erg Chebbi Desert - Rissani - Alnif - Ouarzazate - High Atlas - Marrakech

Erg Chebbi - Leaving the Erg Chebbi desert behind, the return journey to Marrakech begins, exploring the beautiful Tafilalet palm grove and passing through the towns of Rissani and Alnif. A stop for lunch will be made at Kalaat M’Gouna, before reaching Ouarzazate and finally Marrakech.

This short 3 days / 2 nights tour will take you to discover southern Morocco and the immense and colorful Erg Chebbi desert near Merzouga.

Legend has it that when a wealthy local family refused hospitality to a poor woman and her son, God buried the whole family under mounds of sand in a location 50km south of Erfoud, now known as Erg Chebbi.
You can spend an unforgettable night in the dunes in an equipped tented camp admiring a wonderful starry sky and enjoying the tranquility of the desert.

During the tour you will have the opportunity to visit the Dades and Todra Gorges, the Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou and that of Ouarzazate.

• This tour is not wheelchair accessible.
• The standard and premium tent camps are completely separate. In addition to differences in the bathrooms—where the toilet and shower are inside the tent in the premium camp and outside in the standard camp—there are also variations in the food served, the furnishings, and the decoration of the tents.
• On the second day of the tour, we will take a camel ride from the Erg Chebbi dunes to the tented camp where we’ll be spending the night. For those who prefer not to ride a camel, a 4x4 transfer service is available for €65, which is the price per vehicle.

• Camel treks in the desert are not recommended for individuals with back pain.
