Our journey began at... - Our journey began at around 07:30 from Café de France in Marrakech, where the driver picked us up and took us to the bus with the other passengers. On the way to our first stop, Ait Ben Haddou, we stopped at several roadside shops where we could use the toilet, buy drinks and snacks, and take photos. We spent around two hours exploring the neighbourhood of Ait Ben Haddou. Firstly, we went on an hour-long guided tour of the old city (we had to pay 30 MAD to the guide as this was not included in the trip price). Then, we had some time to get lunch. This cost around 140 MAD per person, as it was not included in the price of the trip. After lunch, we continued our journey to Dar Essyaha hotel, where we would spend the night. We arrived at a cosy hotel where dinner and a delightful breakfast were provided the next morning, all of which was included in the price. On the second day, we started early, setting off for Merzouga at around 8am. After a two-hour ride, we stopped at the Todra Gorges, where we went on a guided nature walk (the guide asked us for a tip) and visited a local carpet workshop. After that, we were taken to a local restaurant for lunch, for which we paid around 140 MAD per person, as it was not included in the trip price. As on the first day, we stopped at several roadside shops en route, where we could use the restroom, buy drinks, snacks and souvenirs, and take photos. After lunch, we continued to Merzouga, which we reached at around 5 pm. From there, the whole group split into smaller groups, travelling to the desert on camels, quads or in cars. A camel ride through the dunes or a standard car transfer (not going through the dunes) was included in the price, but we paid extra for a car ride through the dunes (600 MAD for two people). It was also possible to go on a quad bike ride through the dunes for 650 MAD for two people. In the desert, we were offered tea and snacks, and then moved to a private tent with electricity, Wi-Fi and a bathroom. After a break, we had dinner and had the opportunity to listen to and dance to Berber music played by the locals. We spent the night in a tent and, after breakfast the next morning, we were taken back to Merzouga, where we started our journey back to Marrakech. As before, we made a couple of stops to use the restroom and buy drinks and snacks, as well as one longer stop to have lunch. Again, we paid around 140 MAD per person as this was not included in the price. We arrived in Marrakech at around 7.30pm and were taken to the riad where we were staying.

Special! - Thanks to e-mail and all those who accompanied us in this wonderful adventure. Everyone, from drivers to guides, took care of us with great care and attention. The journey is a bit long but it is worth it for the spectacular views and the people you meet. Super recommended (especially the overnight camel ride towards dawn that will remain in our hearts) ❤️

Excellent in all aspects; - Excellent excursion!! The attention is 100% personalized, Esmail always attentive through WhatsApp and with a predisposition to resolve our doubts quickly.
The tour fulfilled everything it offers. The van had air conditioning (fundamental!). We purchased the luxury camp and it is really worth doing the upgrade. Now, personally, if I would do the tour again I would take the two-day package in the desert as time passes very quickly and you are left wanting to enjoy a little more there. Thanks Esmail for everything really!!

The magic of Merzouga - Fantastic tour., did not disappoint expectations.... I read many reviews before choosing this tour operator and never choice turned out to be more right. Immediately I saw the correctness and availability in answering all my questions or doubts from Esmail who was the perfect coordinator. The tour took place as described by them ... we visited several sites of rare beauty including Ait Ben Haddou, where we found in Ali a friendly and multilingual guide ... even knew several Italian dialects. The first night we stayed in a characteristic Berber hotel, very clean, with a breathtaking panoramic view and where they served a 'great dinner and a super breakfast with delicious jams. The second day we visited the gorges of the todra to which I would have given more space instead of taking us to see, in a fairly articulated path, a presentation of wool processing with the purpose of selling carpets or pillows.... very beautiful but probably unsaleable on a tour where you do not move with your own vehicle.
Then we finally arrived in the desert where the show that presents itself leaves speechless.... here we finally met Esmail who also at this juncture organized everything in detail and wanted to sincerely that everything was to our liking once we reached the camp with camels...... we had dinner excellently and witnessed the magical spectacle of the drums around the fire..... the night ended observing a spectacular starry sky. In the morning you came away from the camp, which I want to emphasize was beautiful, who wanted with camels or otherwise in a 4x4....
The return trip took so many hours by car but what we saw and felt in those two days and nights was absolutely worth it.
A special thanks goes to Mohammed our driver who in addition to being a great driver and always been very kind and attentive to listen to the needs of everyone and brought us all back to the different places where we had the Riad.... congratulations to the whole organization

The best trip ever - ⸻
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The 3-day desert tour from Marrakech was absolutely amazing! Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. The drive through the Atlas Mountains was beautiful, and we got to stop at many interesting places along the way. The guides were super friendly and shared a lot about Moroccan culture.
The night in the desert camp was unforgettable — riding camels at sunset, enjoying traditional Berber music under the stars, and waking up early to see the sunrise over the dunes was magical. The food was delicious and the tents were comfortable and clean.
I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Morocco — it’s the perfect mix of adventure, culture, and nature. Truly one of the best trips I’ve ever done! 🌅🐫🇲🇦

Tour to Merzouga - Very good experience in the Merzouga desert. Esmail was very attentive to us via whatsap at all times. Where we stay we sleep pretty well. Dinner and breakfast fine too. We really liked the little bit of the party after dinner. The next morning we saw sunrise on quad bikes, it has been one of the most fun experiences of the trip.

Tour Merzouga - The tour was great, the transport is a minibus with air conditioning, pick you up near your accommodation and make several stops along the way.
The organizer, Ishmael, is very vigilant throughout the tour, asking how everything is going on WhatsApp, solves any doubts you have, the kid is a machine. What I liked the most was the desert part, we rode a camel, we had a party, we saw the stars and the next morning we decided to take some quad bikes!! One past the truth!!
In short I highly recommend this tour!!

so little desert so much bus - Its probably like 25 hours in a bus over the course of 3 days. Genuinely all I will remember from this tour is bus. I understand that the desert is far from Marrakesh (10 hours or so), but this bus trip took so much time it was unbelievable and our driver drove with very little regard to our safety or the rules of the road. I thought that we would be in the desert on night one- wrong. You stay in a hotel (arrive after dark and leave at 8 am) in a beautiful valley that is not even close to the desert. Also, the bus driver is nearly unintelligible and talks rapid fire in a mix of a variety of languages and so you never are really sure whats happening. They ask you to pay for a LOT more than 30 euros worth of stuff so definitely bring more money (each lunch is 120-150) and you are expected to pay at least 2 tour guides and water is not included at the hotel. We got food poisoning from the hotel dinner and spent all the night throwing up and felt so sick on the camels I almost had to get down. On the way home because we had so long in the bus that day we had to leave camp at 6 am but the sun does not even rise until 7 am so we spent an hour riding camels in the dark. Definitely awesome to see the desert and ride camels, but it was not worth that much time in the bus to me.
