A Memorable Experience - The drive from Marrakesh to Marzouga and back was long, but these tour organizers did everything right - frequent stops, a safe driver, accommodation that exceeded our expectations and a magical camel ride through the Sahara. We recommend this tour without hesitation (as long as you’re fine with the long drive!)

An excellent trip with a good value for money, despite some details to improve - Overall, the tour is as described. The staff is pleasant and helpful (guides, drivers, service providers, etc.). The landscapes are really beautiful and very exotic. Everything is well organized and the three days passed without any major hitch. The first two days are clearly the most interesting, as they offer more time to visit and more stops. That said, you should know that you spend a lot of time in the minibus. So I advise you to plan something to have fun with (music, books, games), because long journeys can seem a bit monotonous, especially when returning on the third day. On this day, we cover as much distance as on the first two days combined, but in one day, which means fewer breaks and landscapes already seen, so less surprises. Small negative: beware of the "French-speaking guide". Proficiency in French is not always acquired, and you may not necessarily be with a group of Francophones. Fluency in English is therefore a real plus. Another disappointing point: the guide asked us for an extra charge for the visit of Ait Ben Haddou. Of course, it is only 30 dirhams per person, but in principle, we found it a little disturbing, especially since it was not specified at the beginning. (It was not a simple tip but a real mandatory cost) The organization can sometimes seem a little chaotic, because the people in your turn will not always do exactly the same things at the same time. That said, everything remains well framed and there is nothing to worry about. A little more communication on the day's progress would still be useful to avoid asking too many questions such as: “Are we in the right place? Why aren’t we with the rest of the group?” Fortunately, just ask the driver the question to get the explanations. Lunch restaurants (not included in the price) are decent, with reasonable prices. In short, it is a very good ride, especially as far as the value for money is concerned. You will discover beautiful places, learn a lot of things and have a great experience. I really recommend this tour to discover a more authentic Morocco, far from the big cities.

Great value, worthwhile, but unclear expectations - Be prepared for a LONG van ride — but worth it for the desert experience. The 8.5-hour drive is definitely a haul, but it’s hard to avoid if you want to reach the Sahara. The trip included one night in a hotel and one night in the desert, which made the journey worthwhile. PROS: Efficiency: 5/5 Everything ran on time and they really shuffled people/luggage in and out fast. Hotels / tent: 5/5 Food: 5/5 traditional Moroccan (bring cash, we did not have enough cash on hand) Value: 5/5 great value for affordable price CONS Organization / Communication: 1/5 This is where things fell apart. We were split off from our group multiple times with very little explanation. On Day 1, we were directed into a tour of traditional houses in the Atlas Mountains and unexpectedly asked to pay €3 each. Not a big deal, but it was strange that no one mentioned it beforehand, and it wasn’t listed in the trip instructions. Vague itinerary: 1/5 the itinerary provided was very vague and made it difficult to plan. Groups: 1/5 It also seemed like multiple tours were lumped together — everyone we met had booked through different providers and had different expectations. It felt more like a constant shuffling of people than a coherent group. *also 3 hours of camel riding HURTS, if I had to do it again, I’d ask for ATVs which were an option for upgrade. Also sand boarding says included but you need to ask before heading onto the camels.
