An amazing experience! - It really is an unmissable experience, I understand that it is a lot of travel to enjoy just a few hours the desert, but it is worth it! There were 6 of us and we went in a 9 van with 1 couple that we picked up before we started the trip. To give an opinion of this experience one always has to understand uqe is living within a different culture perhaps than one, where hotels are not great luxury and food is certainly something to try (if you don't like there are other options). During the outbound journey (approx 12 hours) several stops are made in very nice places and apart to eat and go to the bathroom, it becomes enjoyable, you have to put will otherwise it becomes a nuisance so many hours of car. The people are amazing, Hibraim (I think it is written like this) made us feel very comfortable and told us about their culture, in the Berbers we have danced and sung. You have to go open to understand and enjoy Moroccan culture!!!! The desert is beautiful, sunset sunrise...we sandboarded... we enjoyed ourselves. Thanks for this beautiful adventure!!!

A rich, fun and spectacularly beautiful experience. I will never forget, Morocco! - Even with the unexpected road being blocked due to snow, they did everything to have an incredible experience and did. They delivered everything they promised and with all the attention, care and much willingness! I want to thank everyone for this trip that was set and to Ahmed Boni, who was an amazing person during the journey, a guide who left everything as special as possible!

The best experience of life - It was undoubtedly the best experience I’ve ever had in my life! I went to celebrate my birthday and could never imagine it would be so special. From the beginning, everything was simply perfect, full of energy, joy and unforgettable moments. To make everything even more exciting, I was surprised with congratulations, a lot of affection and even cake! I felt only welcomed and extremely happy of those memories that we keep forever in our hearts. The experience was intense, fun, well organized and contagious from beginning to end. I left there with the smiling smile on my face and the certainty that I had lived something really extraordinary. Certainly, I point with my eyes closed and I am already counting the days to come back as soon as possible, this time with my whole family, so that they can also live something as amazing as I lived. Thank you for making my anniversary simply unforgettable! 👍👍👍

Unforgettable experience - I had an amazing experience. From the beginning, the organization was impeccable and the treatment of the team was close, professional and very attentive to every detail especially the treatment that our guide Ahmed boni had at all times. Undoubtedly the best thing was to reach the dunes of the Sahara and take a quad bike ride, camel ride, share unforgettable moments with traditional music around the bonfire that made the night even more special and to finish seeing the stars.

Amazing, a true highlight of the holiday - We had a lovely three days, got the chance to experience a lot more of Morocco and our guides were great! The camp in the desert was lovely and the hotel was warm and comfortable. The extra quad bike trip in the desert was lots of fun, safe and well worth the extra money

Not really a luxury camp - From the description of the luxury tour we were expecting a little bit higher quality than the standard tours. The only difference between the two to our understanding seems to be a private bathroom in the tent. All the stops, activities and meals were the same and there were loads of similar groups. In the first hotel we had bed bugs and the odd cockroach in the bathroom. In the campsite one tent greeted its guests with poop in the toilet bowl and flush not working. Meals were of varied quality, once the buffets had been standing outdoors for quite a while and were cold. There was spaghetti, rice, couscous, chicken/turkey, bread and fruit on offer, sometimes also salad for the brave who were not concerned about travellers diarrhoea. Lunches were not included but were on offer for about 12euros (also buffet style). It states a maximum group size in the description but according to the guide that meant only how many people fit into one minibus so the group was much bigger. We were looking for a more intimate type of tour with genuine contact with locals, as it also advertised visiting a local family which turned out to be a shop where hoards of tourists were passing through. Our main interest on the tour was crossing the dunes on camelback but the guide told us it was only going to be a 15 minute circle next to the camp since most tourists complain if the ride is longer. For us this was a huge dissappointment and the guide organized a longer circle for us, about 40 minutes. We didnt realize this company didn't provide sunrise camel rides like the other companies but kindly the guide accommodated us with a morning dune crossing back to the cars. There are lots of camps side by side and many tourist groups on their camels in sunset and sunrise so dont expect an off the beaten path experience. One of our camels was sick with a colic and made the whole pack restless and the camel driver had serious problems handling them which resulted in two out of our group of four to fall and hurt themselves in accidents that could have easily ended fatally (camel falling over and other one stepping on the fallen rider) so maybe this tour would be best for those people who are looking for a tour without camel riding alltogether. The nature and sights along this trip are amazing so definitely worth experiencing one way or another!

Improveable organization and inflated prices - I recently participated in this tour and unfortunately the experience did not meet my expectations. The organization, especially in the morning departures, was quite poor, with delays and lack of coordination affecting the development of the day. One of the main drawbacks was that the group was compulsorily taken to specific restaurants with clearly inflated prices. The average cost of meals was around DH 120 per person, when in Marrakech you can find the same meal for about half the price. As for the guided tour at Ait Ben Haddou, the explanations were very quick and superficial, without sufficient historical or cultural context, which was disappointing considering the importance of the place. In addition, I recommend avoiding contracting quad bikes with them, as the price is excessively high compared to other available options.
