Day 1: Marrakech / Ouarzazate / Rose Valley / Merzouga

Marrakech - In the early morning, the operator will meet guests at their hotel in Marrakech to embark on a journey towards the High Atlas Mountains. The route will take them through the Tizi-n-Tichka pass, climbing from the plains to an elevation of 2260 meters. Along the way, travelers will pass through charming villages, see small waterfalls, and experience the dynamic landscapes and vibrant hues of these magnificent mountains.

Ouarzazate - The journey continues through Ouarzazate, the famous Valley of Roses, and the Dades Valley. Depending on the arrival time, guests will reach a traditional Kasbah at the base of the Erg Chebbi dunes.

Merzouga - After a refreshing mint tea break, the guide and camels will lead the group across the Erg Chebbi dunes. After an hour, they will arrive at the desert camp to spend the night in a Berber tent. The camels will be tethered, and mint tea will be served. Following dinner, guests can enjoy a campfire with drums and traditional Berber songs performed by the Nomads of Southern Morocco.

Day 2: Merzouga - Rissani - Ziz Valley - Midelt– Fes

Merzouga - In the morning, guests have the opportunity to rise early, walk over the sand dunes, and watch the sunrise just beyond the Algerian border, approximately 50 km from Merzouga. The return to the hotel will be by camel, where breakfast, a shower, and some rest await.

Rissani - There will be a brief stop in Rissani on the way back to Fes.

Midelt - The journey back to Fes will pass through Midelt.

Fes - The trip back to Fes will continue through the Ziz Valley, Berber villages, and the Middle Atlas Mountains, with an afternoon arrival in Fes, marking the end of the journey.
