Cooking Moroccan with the best!! - Just a fantastic experience all around. Abdel and his team were outstanding. The atmosphere on farm was great. There were 8 of us, 4 from our group and 4 others. We prepared dishes of beef, lamb and chicken both sweet and savory. A large batch of couscous was also made. We also prepared all kinds of “salad” with a variety of vegetables. Everything was done in Moroccan tradition. Flavors and aromas were amazing. You could participate as little or as much as you liked. Everybody pretty much jumped in. Abdel explained why Al the different spices worked together. At end we all sat down together and shared the large variety of dishes. There was enough to take back with us to hotels. Would recommend for everybody.

Authentic flavors, wonderful people - Amazing experience! The service was excellent and everything was very well organized. We made new friends during the class, and the chef speaks very good English, explaining every step clearly and patiently. The time flew by — we didn’t even notice how fast it went. The food we prepared was absolutely delicious and there was plenty to eat. The location is also beautiful, which makes the whole experience even more special. I will definitely come back to learn new recipes. Highly recommended!

Worth every minute and penny - Perfectly arranged from A to Z. Picked up by a driver. Guidance by the chef fun facts about the food. Supervision of the children. Everything was perfect.

The best part of our holiday. - It was absolutely fantastic. I would recommend it 100%. The chefs were engaging and taught well. The setting was delightful and organisation very slick. We were joined by a large Morrocan family which also enhanced our enjoyment. Transfer to farm was also very efficient.

Fantastic experience - This really was the best experience of our week in Morocco! The farm was an absolute oasis of calm away from the hustle bustle. Fantastic chef Abdul thought us so much (and we aren't new to cooking). He was fun and ran the course in a way that everyone was hands on all the time and fully engaged. We made a huge amount of aurhentic delicious food and even took away a big doggie bag that we couldn't finish. Also even learnt how to make moroccan tea a little better than we had had elsewhere and the sweet treats were fresher than I had tasted before. A fantastic way to spend your day. You wont be disappointed! Oh and not to forget Fatima who buzzed around in the background prepping and tidying!

Hidden gem, magical experience - Thank you for welcoming us to your farm. This was a magical experience, from picking our food to feeding fresh pomegranates to the sheep and learning how to cook in the beautiful outdoors. Your passion for cooking and your country came through in everything you did. Thank you for teaching us the flavors of your country. This was so much fun! We cooked tagine and couscous. We came with our family and it was about 5 hours - including pickups and drop offs. Best experience of our incredible time in Morocco.

Trip highlight - We loved this cooking class in Marrakech! We made so much food — several tajines and delicious vegetable dishes. The chef was fantastic, and the mix of people in our group made it even more fun. A great, authentic experience we’d definitely recommend!
