We had an unforgettable... - We had an unforgettable day with our guide redouane The excursion was beautiful, the organization was really good and we made great discoveries throughout the day (breakfast and visit of the argan oil factory association, camel ride, hiking in the valleys , waterfall, typical lunch in the Berber village .. everything was perfect and Redouane was very available to us, with lots of explanations about the different places and their history. I recommended this tour

Hiking trip with Hind - This was a fantastic outing led by our tour guide Hind. She was very friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable. The whole trip was enjoyable but having someone explain things so well along the way was what made it great. Would definitely recommend

Amazing Family Day in the Atlas Mountains with Stunning Views and Great Guide - We had an absolutely wonderful one-day private tour to the Atlas Mountains, and it was a fantastic experience for our whole family, including our kids. The day started with a lovely breakfast in a beautiful location. We really enjoyed the local tea, fresh bread, honey, and peanut butter—it was simple but incredibly delicious, especially with the stunning views around us. On the way to the mountains, we made several stops at picturesque spots to take photos, which made the journey even more special. Our guide, Salma, was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire trip. She kindly took photos of us and made sure we were comfortable at all times. The driver was also excellent—very professional and supportive. The places we visited were truly beautiful. One of the highlights was the camel ride, which we especially enjoyed because it wasn’t crowded like in many other tourist spots. It felt much more authentic and relaxing. We also visited waterfalls, which were very enjoyable, and got close to the snowy mountains—an unforgettable sight. Later, we had lunch at a local restaurant, and the food was absolutely delicious. Overall, this was a memorable and enjoyable experience for the whole family. It was well-organized, diverse, and interesting for both adults and children. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful day with Abdou - We had a very pleasant time with our guide Abdou who was very attentive. He cared wonderfully for our 20-month-old baby girl whom he was able to entertain during the trips and take care of during the visits. We very much enjoyed the walk to the waterfall , the argan oil extraction tour and the meal time with a wonderful view of the Berber village. I recommend.

Great getaway for a day - Great variety of experiences for a day tour! Our guide, Issmail, was so friendly and made the tour very interesting. We enjoyed the hike and visiting the Berber communities. It was a nice contrast to the pace in Marrakech for a day.

You get what you pay for (low cost, low quality) - General idea: For what we paid, it was great. (We paid like 15 bucks each for an 8 hour experience, so let that sink in.) Tour guide: Although my review is in English, we had the Spanish tour because my friend and I are studying Spanish right now in Spain this semester and wanted to continue the immersion. The guide did not speak Spanish very well, and that's coming from a guy from the suburbs of Chicago... If I could tell it was bad, it was bad. No shame in that because I'm sure he was fully fluent in Arabic and French already, kudos to him for trying Spanish, but you can't claim to be tour-capable with his level of fluency. He frankly didn't give us any information the entire time, just sat up front and drove us around with his friend and then interacted with the people in charge of various experiences at every stop. At one point someone needed to use the bathroom really badly and he didn't approach the situation with much sympathy... I won't go deep into that but overall, was not a big fan of the guide. Things we did: We started off driving for quite some time into the mountains... Lovely views, and that's a theme the whole day. Gorgeous mountain views while you're driving. If nothing else, the 15 bucks is worth it for the drive. Our first stop was to eat some Morroccan bread with honey and oil and a peanut paste that was veryyyyyy yummy. The next major thing was a hike to a waterfall. That was fun. Wear shoes you don't really much care about. Some of the older folks had some trouble and ended up waiting for us to come back (my friend and I are 21) but almost everyone went up, old or not. Waterfall wasn't anything crazy but it was still a fun hike. Then we walked to lunch. For the 7 euros we paid, it was awesomeeeeee. Tagine, bread, pastries to finish. So good. We finished by driving some more through the mountains and ended with a pitiful camel ride in every respect. I think the camels are treated poorly wherever you go in Morocco (probably) or at least wherever you go that's cheap, but it's so sad to see they way they're tied up. They don't look or sound happy. When we arrived they weren't tied up so I said I'd ride, but then they tied them together for the ride so that was frustrating. It was literally a 3 minute ride just around the parking lot basically, but honestly I'm glad because less work/time tied up for the poor animals. So, like I said... It's not a crazy good experience. I don't understand how it's rated so high; maybe the English tours or French tours are better. But for what we paid? It was great.

Formal complaint against a drivers performance - This is a complaint about the driver on 22nd April to the Atlas mountains. We are a group of 3 women in our late sixties who were expecting a professional and safe experience. Unfortunately the driver (Ishmael) was unprofessional and intimidating during the course of the day. He started of informative and friendly but unfortunately this changed. The driver was continually hands free on his mobile phone while driving, furthermore when we asked him to wait while we secured our seat belts he completely ignored us showing a blatant disregard for our safety. An optional 80 minute walk to the waterfall was part of the itinerary, but given the heat we decided not to go. The driver became very rude. He made inappropriate personal comments to one of our group telling her she looked miserable on several occasions. This is entirely unacceptable behaviour towards a client. When we asked him to clarify the itinerary he became agitated and at one point he stood us in the middle of the road and spoke to us in a commanding, aggressive tone stating look at me while I am speaking to you. As paying customers we felt unsafe and very uncomfortable particularly on the way back as we were relying on him to drive safely and calmly on windy roads. The behaviour we encountered was a significant departure from the hospitality Marrakech is known for.
