Depart from your Marrakech accommodation at 08h30 for a roughly 40-minute journey into the Atlas mountains. The hike trail we’ll follow winds through the My Brahim Gorge and the pine trees, up to the village of Tagoum that boasts jaw-dropping vistas. From this point, situated almost 2000m high, we can see the route that will gradually lead us up towards the enchanting Kik plateau. We stop at numerous incredible scenic spots, all in a comfortable manner. Every uphill step we take rewards us with dramatic, far-reaching views of the area, including the snow-laden summit of Toubkal. Hike at your leisure, go as far as you wish. This unique hiking experience can cover the entire plateau to the trailhead for a relaxing picnic lunch. We then descend into the Asni valley, taking time to appreciate the valley from the high cliffs hovering over it. Following our hike, our drive back includes stops at various specially chosen viewpoints. Now having hiked into the trail, the vast dimensions of the path will be even more impressive.
