Dessert trip - Amazing experience! Fun, adventure, unforgettable moments. Friedly people! The tour was incredible, thanks to a large part to our tour guide. Mohammad. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, taking care of us all the time. Very safe tour. Make sure you have a ride with camels, sand boarding and a ride with bikes on the desert. The luxury camp was great! Nice stay! Lifetime experience! I definitely recommend taking this Maroccan tour with this company, you will not regret it!

Don’t book - scam - We gave the tour company two weeks to acknowledge, but they responded by saying they did everything right. ———— This private tour is four times as expensive as comparable tours and we expected service that matches the price. When the tour guide, Yassine, initially couldn’t distinguish between an olive and an argan tree (Morocco’s national tree), we didn’t think much. But as the tour went on, we were just dumped at each location without any explanation of the cultural significance. We had to try to listen to other tour guides and read up ourselves in the evening on Wikipedia. My wife fell sick with dengue fever during the tour and when we arrived at the Sarah spot it was pure chaos. The tour guide didn’t care and just tried to get rid of us without explaining what’s expected to happen next (a usual pattern by that point). He didn’t bother at all whether any of us was in any condition to ride on a camel in the burning desert, how much water we should take and what other options we had instead. At some point he declared that we need to leave all our luggage behind (which included valuables worth $1,000+) and only pack what we need for the night. While this turned out to be completely wrong, he didn’t even offer to keep the luggage with himself. Instead, he expected us to give it total strangers which are shouting and literally fighting each other. We eventually made it to the desert camp, where all the other tour guides took care of checking their guests into the tents. But our guide and luggage was nowhere to be seen. After hours of waiting, a guide from a different group took care of us - found our luggage (luckily) and identified which tent we stayed in. Next day we askedt the guide to stop at a pharmacy and help buy some medication. He initially refused to help translate (“this is not part of my job”) and after he reluctantly agreed tried to scam us with a price that is 20x as high as the actual price of the medicine (making profit out of sick people). I guess we don’t have to say more … don’t book with this agency, they will just spoil your Morocco experience. Giving this two stars because the hotels we stayed at were fabulous (Avis Besta and Palace Yu)
