The most incredible experience ever - The trip was spectacular! Before our arrival, I was talking to Mayram and asking some specific questions. She was super attentive and friendly, making my family and me feel much more at ease, as we are a group of four women and were a little apprehensive. Mayram made me feel safe from the very beginning! Hassan and Mohamed were the unbeatable duo who made everything happen. They are the best we could have asked for! They are attentive and helpful, and transformed this trip into one of the highlights of our journey. We had the opportunity to spend New Year's Eve in the desert, which was unforgettable, and everyone who was there with us, other guides and the Berbers, became our friends! I highly recommend it! 💖

Beautiful landscape, kind guides, four seasons weather, narrow bus - There were many nice stops on the way (natural beauties, try of traditional clothing + henna for free) and it was four-season trip: including warm stop in Ait Ben Haddou, snow in Atlas mountains and the changing desert (prepare for cold nights). The guides were kind and nice - Muhammad and also the local guides. Food was okay, hotel as well. I don't know what to think about the camel experience - they yammed a bit, but afterwards seemed calm, so I am not sure how are they treated. Two cons: the bus is fully loaded (including back and wheels seats), which is hard, if you stay 20+ hours in the bus. The confirmation of the trip happens afternoon before, until then the communication struggled a bit.

Excellent experience through the Atlas Mountains and Merzouga Desert - Excellent experience for this guided tour, from Marrakech to the dunes of Merzouga via emblematic sites such as Aït Ben Haddou, Ouarzazate or Tinghir. The landscapes are breathtaking! Our guide Abdul but also our driver were able to put a good mood throughout the trip, a big thank you to them. All the other guides asked on site were also very friendly! I recommend this circuit, it was rather cold in December but the experience is no less incredible.

It was a tour to remember. - The beauty of the Sahara is unique. It's worth experiencing once in a lifetime. The camel riding experience is also amazing. 【Driver: Mr. Mahomed Ali】 Professional and funny. He was very hospitable to all of us participants from start to finish. Drive safely, of course. 【Participants】 All the participants were friendly and kind and really enjoyed it. We all had a great time at the campfire! After that, everyone had a good time being relaxed and relaxed. Thank you so much for your support!

Great experience - The 3 day desert tour was a great experience. Our guides Aziz and Said made the long bus rides much better with their good mood. The tour is frequented by many buses, so you are always in very large groups at the stops on the way to the restaurants and on the camel tour. On the second day you arrive in Merzouga near the Sahara in the afternoon, here you ride 1h on camels to the camp. The camp has been significantly larger than expected, you sleep in small cabins on beds here there is nothing to complain about. After you arrive you have a short time for sandboarding. This was not so spectacular as there is only one board to stand on and the slope is not that big. After dinner there will be an evening program with cool music around the campfire. The next morning it goes back very early, which is a bit of a shame, because then you spend very little time in the desert overall.

MUST read before booking (SERIOUSLY) - The guide, Iunis, was very nice and helpful. I would say he made the whole experience that much better, HOWEVER, when it came to the camel riding in the desert, the treatment of the camels by the locals is inhumane. All camels are strapped to one another, sometimes by the nose. My camel’s nose was deformed from all the pulling from being attached to other camels. Hearing the camels in pain messed up the desert experience. I refused to ride back on the camel in the way back the next day and chose to walk. I’m going to talk to Viator about the way these camels are being treated but ultimately, WE, the CUSTOMERS, can choose to support or not support this treatment. Money talks and if enough people voice their opinion with their money by not paying, the locals will listen eventually. For the record, once again, Iunis was very helpful and cool. The other things prior to the dessert were good as well. My only dissatisfaction, and a big one, is the way the camels are being treated

Torture for the camels - The mountains and desert was beautiful but the whole experience was very touristy. And the worst part was that they treat the camels very bad. They are tied together by the nose or by the mouth and are dragged after each other. The camels scream in pain when they are forced to get up and down while sitting on them. We felt very bad for the camels and chose to walk back. I wish I didn't book this trip.
