A beautiful trip - We really enjoyed our trip to Pamukkale. Matt was our tour guide, he was so kind and knowledgeable throughout the trip. We paid extra to go into the Cleopatra pool, the water was so warm and clear. So glad we did it. We would have stayed in that pool longer if we could have. The only difficulty we had was the first short walk into the pools was quite slippery. We were a little disappointed that we had booked to be picked up from our hotel, but then were told the day before that we were getting picked up from one at the bottom of the hill, and at an earlier time. But this was only a minor inconvenience and did not affect our day. We would recommend this trip, Pamukkale is really beautiful. Come prepared to spend money at the stone mason's onyx shop and after the wine tasting. So many on our coach came back with bags filled!

Unforgettable tour to Pamukkale! - Well, I'm not a big review writer, however, today's tour with Nur made me absolutely amazed... Firstly, I booked this tour of my dream on my birthday to celebrate it in awe of the antique world, to touch the many centuries' heritage and take plenty of photos on the UNESCO site, world-wide known Pamukkale / Hieropolis. My family and I truly enjoyed the whole day out remarkable by life long memories of the ancient town, breath taking ruins, white travertines (images known for me since childhood) and certainly the stunning Cleopatra Pool where we had an absolute pleasure to bathe in the final part of our visit. A huge thanks to Nur who gave us such interesting information about the site, lots of interesting historical facts and told many legends, not overloading with dates but only with what our mind can absorb during this big and interesting tour!!! I wish I could have recorded it for myself )) Special thanks to the tour operator for the well balanced itinerary, combining the cultural tour with shopping and discovering more about the local production, I have never heard about the Onyx workshop and an amazing winery before! We purchased a few memorable souvenirs there, there was no more perfect time to buy them! The buffet lunch was so delicious, we all got very hungry after swimming in Cleopatra Pool) Our group was a full bus and the whole tour promised to be a bit challenging but Nur handled it absolutely professionally and at the end of our excursion everyone was touched by her emotional speech watering our eyes ))) Tired but very happy and inspired! Bravo, Nur, our next tour to Ephesus will be only with you!!!

Hot springs - Nora was awesome she was professional she knew what she was doing she was warm and welcoming I would definitely recommend her to anyone she was friendly we felt safe and well informed she is definitely five star amazing woman and human our family really enjoyed every minute of it .

Pamukkale - Lovey guides, very informative and kind . I think 3 hours was not enough time at the cotton castle/pool . Shopping stops were nice but we would have rather spent more time at above as it was expensive to get the entry tickets and we felt we would have enjoyed it so much more if we didn’t have to rush .
