Amazing experience - The experience was exceptional and highly recommended. Our sincere gratitude goes to Osman, who provided seamless communication and support throughout the booking process, ensuring a smooth and problem-free trip. We extend our appreciation to Ozkan, our knowledgeable guide, who delivered comprehensive insights into the day's itinerary and historical context. The breathtaking scenery was a highlight, and both locations were thoroughly enjoyed by the children. We are pleased with our choice of Mares Travels, as the service was outstanding. The provided lunch was satisfactory, and the breakfast bagels with various spreads were a welcome addition. The entire experience was positive, and as a parent, the comfort and enjoyment of the children were paramount, which was successfully achieved. Picture a bit deceiving but overall experience worth it - Exeperience was great, but when you actually get to the dead sea it doesn't look like the picture. This angle is taken by a drone up top. The water is cold but you float so the experience was worth it. Must try one time in life.

Holiday - Good trip to blue lagoon then the gorge after. Given a breakfast and stopped for lunch on the way. Had two hours at the lagoon then one hour at the gorge but was three hours each way

Great value day out - Althought the booking did not include hotel pickup and drop off. The tour company arranged pick up from our hotel for free. The drop off was not as good but I think the driver may not have known where the hotel was. However, we were dropped off a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The tour was great the food prided was sufficient but it is a long day. Well organised and as long as you can tell the time it was easy enough to be in the right place and at the right time at each stage of the tour. Highly recommend but I would also recommend the chicken and not the fish option for lunch.

Okay but could be better!! - Really comfortable coach which is just as well as your going to be on it for 7 hours. We went on this excursion we’ll swear of this and it didn’t take away from the day as the mountain scenery is fantastic. The blue lagoon is OK but it is another lovely beach on a coastline of lovely beaches, it doesn’t warrant a 2 hour free time period as it takes 30 min if that to walk the lagoon and the beach. It would have been better if the 2 hours was filled with the boat tour of the coast line or included use of the pedalo’s / canoes or sun beds but everything is extra. Big tip here don’t use the first set of toilets (holes in the ground style) walk 50 meters further they have western toilets that are a lot nicer. Lunch was lovely while grilled trout or chicken (veggi and vegan options also). The gorge was spectacular!!!! Here is where the bulk of the time should be spent but you only get an hour!! I am a regular hiker but did not get all the way to the end and back in the time given which is a shame!! I would recommend buying / renting the shoes they will tell you about they only 150 lira (£2.50) to buy and will prevent you slipping / ruining your shoes. Overall too much time on a bus for too little experience hence the average score.

Nothing to say to the places.... - Nothing to say to the posts. But we arrived with 1 hour and a half in Fethiye.
They left us in front of the beach and we had a bit of difficulty finding a place to lie down, because they are all establishments. We paid 25 euros of sunbeds for 2 scarce hours.
Another hour on the bus and we arrive at saklikent, 1 hour there without a guide or anything telling us that if we wanted with 15 each we could buy shoes to get into the water.
We were more time on the bus than on the ground... nothing to say about the places but point out the times, the exclusions from the cost of the tour of sunbeds and shoes.

The WORST tour guide EVER...!!!! - the tour in total was 12hrs, 30 mins. Time spent at each location was 2 hours, which included 50 minutes for lunch. Turfed off original coach to accommodate another party whose coach was broken. Waited 40 minutes for a (smaller) Replacement coach, which had a broken seat.
Worst part was tour guide (Ozkan) who provided the bare minimum of information, spent most of his time on the front seat kissing and cuddling his girlfriend holding hands around the locations before dropping her off near Dalaman on the return. He ruined the whole experience for myself and the other passengers. Half way back to Marmaris we then had to change coaches again at the side of the road...
His communication, people skills, customer engagement, and professionalism are totally non existent whatsoever.

All aboard the coach!! - It's a 12 hour trip, and though the blue lagoon and the gorge were spectacular you spend over 6 hours of the excursion in a coach ! Not fun

Beware of travel to blue lagoon - Just wanted people to know what to expect. the coach journey in total was 9 hours and your not guaranteed to sit together.
