Great escape to Capri for the day. - Great day in Capri! This group ferry picked us up very close to our hotel (recommend Hotel La Certosa). Short ride to the beautiful island. Worth the extra dollars to have a private transfer to Capri and Old town Capri. Appreciated the tips on what to see in the time allotted.

Awesome experience.... - Awesome experience. Vincenzo and his team helped us to understand what to expect, how to navigate the island and maximize our time seeing the points of interest we were interested in. Loved it!

Best day ever!! - What an amazing tour! Capri is such a beautiful island, inside and out! The port can get crazy, like most ports but the tour guides offered an optional bus transport (cost not included) up to Capri’s town center plaza. We went to the Garden of Augustus for lovely views(you can buy entry tickets there). Then we took the same bus transport up to Anacapri. There we bought the “sky lift” to Monte Solaro for more amazing views! Had some limoncello and my new fav drink Limoncello Spritz! Also had some delicious panini sandwiches and sfogiatella and pistachio cannoli. Then the tour completed with viewing the island from the outside on the boat, to include the lighthouse and natural arch. Definitely a great way to spend a day in the Campania region.

Excellent - Efficient ride, great crew, good to move between spots. Very fair price.
Capri so crowded. Next time id pay more for private boat to enable swimming and less time on capri

Capri tour - Rosaria and her team are amazing, she is a very skilled driver that make the crazy roads of the Sorrento coast look easy!
The trip was very nice, especially the boat ride with the on board singing tour guide. We would have just loved a little more time to explore the gorgeous island.
Rosaria please send our regard to your very sweet Aunt when you drive back as well :)

Fun and well organized - We switched to this tour from a smaller boat that we had previously booked because we decided to skip the Blue Grotto. The ride over left on time and was enjoyable. I wish that we had known that they would offer private bus transfers because we could have saved some money. The ride back went around the island and we were serenaded by the tour guide. It was a great experience all around.

Decent, but not for me - No complaints about the team/company - they were friendly, very well-organised and open. The boat tour was my favourite part for sure; I wish we could have started the day with the boat tour as that would have helped me with planning the day...
However, my personal opinion is that Capri is overhyped and overpriced - there's plenty of equally beautiful places in the world that are more accessible and offer better value for money!
The company managed to sell their minibus transport add-on (€26 pp) to almost everyone onboard by explaining that Anacapri is where you need to go to experience the real Capri, how tricky it is to get there via public transport and how you're basically only paying ~€10 pp extra for
convenience which completely makes sense when you have such limited time.
They were not pushy at all (it felt more like a friendly suggestion!) and at the time I thought they must be right, so we spent the extra money for the add-on...
However, based on my reflections from the day, my opinion (feel free to disagree!) is that it's not at all possible to experience the real Capri in a day. As they mentioned during the boat tour, the real Capri is pretty much pedestrian-access only. I also found that Anacapri was almost equally as commercial as Capri, just less crowded... not quite the real Capri I was expecting!
If anything, I feel like Capri is about luxury - you should be prepared to spend a significant amount of money. Capri on a budget is not worth it.
If you do still want to visit Capri just to be able to say you have been there, I think this tour is pretty good... convenient for sure. But don't expect to experience the real Capri!

Nice boat ride - The boat ride and tour per se were great. Very informative and scenic. However personally I did not appreciate the early morning scaremongering by the tour leader about 'queues', 'crowds', 'narrow roads', 'sharks' etc on the island. I felt this was a very subtle manipulative technique to befriend the people and sell them the €22 bus trip on the island of Capri. There was no pressure for this, but it was a bit of a jack in the box add on situation.
I could witness that the showy Americans (after all the main target by these companies/wise Neapolitans) are easily impressed and fall right into these little traps (and keep the change approach while you're at it). Personally I would have appreciated had the tour leader mentioned there is a funiculare straight from the port to Capri that takes only 4 mins and costs €2.20 one way. In fact we managed to get up to Capri way before the group that opted for the €22 bus trip and had already drank a typical granita di limone in front of the Faraglioni.
