An Amazing and Authentic Experience - I just want to say a big thank you to Dallas and Liz for such a wonderful experience at Tomales Bay. They made the kayaking experience so memorable. I had signed up for the 3 hour tour of Tomales Bay. When I reached the launch point, I was greeted with an array of tea, coffee and breakfast pastries. The pastries were delicious and were from a popular local bakery. I was so pleasantly surprised by all of this. Dallas and Liz, the owners of Point Reyes Adventure Co are such kind and wonderful people! I wanted to try out a sit-in kayak and they kindly accommodated my request. They patiently explained everything I need to know and helped me navigate the bay with pointers on how to read the waves and eddies. Their knowledge of the local environment and local history made for a really fun and information filled paddling experience. I hope to do many more tours with them and I wish them all the success.
