Excellent service - Nabil was an excellent driver and very helpful. We used this company for airport transfers to and from our hotel in Marseille. They were very professional, communicated well in English via WhatsApp and gave us updates before each trip.

Excellent transfer service - Regis was a wonderful driver who not only picked me up from the airport and drove me to the hotel I booked, but also was my driver for the whole time I was in Provence, also taking me from Marseille to Cassis, Cassis to Aix-en-Provence, and then back to Marseille airport area at the end of my trip. He even found me at the airport when I could not find the meeting point due to portions of the airport being closed. He was very patient and communicated with me via text message. He's also very professional and I believe knows how to make tourists feel at ease. It was a pleasant experience communicating with him and if I find myself back in Provence someday, I will definitely book this service again.

Thank you! - Our driver was very polite and always on time. He picked us up at the airport, then the next day took us to our cruise ship. After our cruise we had the same driver pick us up to take us to a hotel and the next day he came back to take us to the airport. Nice guy. We felt safe.

Amazing - Our driver was AMAZING. Regis discovered we had left our water bottle behind and tracked us down in the train station. His Tesla accommodated all our bags and four passengers with ease. We would recommend using Viator to anyone.

The drive was great, once... - The drive was great, once we found him, or he found us. You need a much better way for passengers to connect with the driver, so we don't have to hunt around for the driver--designate a specific place to meet the driver inside the arrival terminal!

Driver didn't turn up! - Edy from Chauffeur Prive VTC Marseille picked us up at the airport and took us to our aparthotel. The driver was very pleasant and everything went very well. We were so impressed we contacted Edy by Whatsapp and asked him to pick us up at our aparthotel and take us to the airport at the end of our trip. There could be no confusion about date and time because it was dealt with and confirmed by Edy on whatsapp. Unfortunately, Edy did not turn up when due to pick us up at the aparthotel, did not respond to our message asking if he was on his way and we heard nothing at all from him. Luckily we managed to organise a replacement taxi. Who would agree to pick customers up for a trip to an airport, not turn up and not message to say they were not coming? Unforgiveable!
