For an adventure billed as snorkeling, out of a 3.5 trip we spent 30 minutes in the water. Melissa and the capt of the boat were great.

The system for who can enter the "hidden beach" and when was never explained to us, which was frustrating. We left late due to a late sandwich delivery, but we didn't get any extra time in the water. We would have liked to snorkel more, since we could not enter the hidden beach. We paid for the time, so I don't understand why we couldn't use it. It could have been the case that we only had an allotted time in the park all together, which I would understand, but this was not communicated to us. Overall, communication was poor. On the way back to the marina, we did stop to listen to whales and follow dolphins, which was a pleasant surprise that we really enjoyed. One person in my party is lactose intolerant, and this was specified when I purchased our tickets. All of the sandwiches, however, had cheese. If you're going to go through the trouble of including a form to specify dietary needs, you should follow through with them. Overall, I feel like the tour is overpriced.
