The trip itself was very well organized, and we had a good time despite pretty rough water. Our only problem was that we booked for 5 on Viator, which promised free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance. When I tried to cancel for 2 of our family due to sickness,the website would only allow for cancelling the whole trip. We won’t be using Viator again.
