Excellent excursion - Wonderful boat ride! Snorkeling conditions were a little rough. However, the captain took us for a nice little cruise when everyone was finished snorkeling. Saw dolphins! I believe the crew was Chelsea and Jody

50th Birthday - The ocean was a little rough the day that we went. The crew was amazing and took fantastic care of the snorkelers and the passengers who got sick. They were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Would definitely go with them again!

Fun in the Shallows - Perfect. We left in time and Cpt Greg and Sam were great. They were attentive and answered all our questions while also giving fun interesting facts about the sea life and the Keys during our trip. The trip was as advertised, not overly complicated and everyone had a great time! I’d recommend to any beginner’s or those who have family members that might be a little apprehensive.

Fun afternoon in the keys! - Beautiful time on the water in the keys! There was limited seascape and fish to view while snorkeling, however the cay experience with warm shallow waters and water toys made for a great afternoon. Experienced crew-Nate was great

Fun Spring Break Activity! - Fun excursion, with our kids, over spring break! Unfortunately, it was quite a windy day when we went out, so the snorkeling was a little bit of a challenge, but you could tell the crew was very experienced and did the best they could to find a spot for us to snorkel. The spot we were at was pretty bare and since the water was so choppy, we didn't see much for fish at all, so that was disappointing, however our kids really enjoyed the sandbar and playing with the other kids on the boat. A baby shark even swam in between all of us, and my daughter happened to make it under water, with her goggles, in time, to see it close up!

A nice way to spend an afternoon on the water - The crew was terrific. Snorkeling wasn't very good. Very shallow and no fish but there were corals and conch to see. The kayaking through the mangroves was awesome as was our time on the sandbar. Overall a well spent afternoon.

Better prep for weather conditions needed - Not great weather conditions, which isn’t their fault, but they could have been upfront about what we were going out into. Snorkel was good but the boat ride was unbearable due to the wind and low temps once wet. I felt like they could have been prepared with blankets for us on the boat, even a heads up about the huge waves. They had a few blankets, but not enough for everyone. It felt like survival of the fittest. 4 people got off for sandbar. It was just too cold and windy. My 6 year old could barely keep his head above the water due to swells at the reef. Would have rescheduled. When we boarded, the captain had a zip up insulated coat on. That should have been our sign to get off.

My honest review of a snorkeling experience - I was emailed the opportunity to review this company so here it is: My experience with this company was disappointing. At the time of the first snorkel portion, between 1:30pm and 3:00pm, the weather was 14 to 16 mph winds, 73° air temperature, 67° water temperature, and very choppy (2-3 foot) surf. Ten passengers were on the tour, and no one had a wetsuit. There were two skilled snorkelers, five first-timers, and three that had been once before. I was one of the once-before people. The two skilled snorkelers with their own equipment spent some time in the water 100' in front of the boat. One second-timer was in the water for about 10 minutes about 10 feet to the side of the boat, but all others were in the water less than 5 minutes. Those with 5 minutes spent their time immediately next to the boat getting banged against the side of the boat while clinging to rope or the ladder. From what I saw, at least one cut leg, and some potential leg bruising on a couple people. I chose not to go in the water under those conditions. If you are considering a similar snorkeling trip do your homework relating to surf conditions and current, water temperature, air temperature and wind speed. Research the use of wet suits. Consider delaying your purchase until you know conditions are right. Frankly, if I was aware that this time of year presented the possibility of such poor conditions, I would not book at all. We, as consumers, rely on tour operators (the subject matter experts) to make the best decisions in the moment for our safety and overall experience. After you review my described scenario and attached screenshots taken during my experience, form your own opinion and decide if the conditions were right for a snorkel adventure. Make your own informed decision whether to proceed with a similar experience from there.
