Nice day trip Key West - Nice getaway to Key West, bus drivers and the guide were helpful and explained everything important, also suggested offers for further activities on site.

Safe, Fun & Informative - Accommodations for trip was great! Grateful to be picked up at hotel to get to the tour bus for the trip. The tour guide was amazing. Very knowledgeable about Miami (as he is a native), Key West and every area in between. Bus driver was amazing too. Your guide gave clear instructions on when we would get to Key West and when we leave Key West. Extra activities/excursions can be booked on the bus with the tour guide if you want last minute fun at Key West or forgot to book. Either way, there much sigh seeing and walking around you can do at Key West! The only thing I would say I wish I knew beforehand was that we could leave our things on the bus as we explore Key West (if you wanted to bring a blanket or sweater for the ride). I don’t know if that’s every trip but I would assume so. If you call customer service with questions, they have answers too just to double check anything you are unsure of. Overall, I felt and was safe during the trip, I had fun and laughs, and would do it again!

Highly recommend - Trip was wonderful, weather too. Big shootout to Thamara from Xcursions (Bus 1317) she is a wonderful lady. The driver Pepe was great. Highly recommend. 10 stars from me for these guys ❤️

Super top - Superb activity, a little long trip but once there it is definitely worth it 😍 Staff in the bus super nice and attentive. I recommend without hesitation.

Wonderful Day in Key West! - We had a comfortable, safe bus ride down and back with TT as our driver. Mariel? (sorry if I messed up your name) was our guide and gave us many facts and suggestions on where to go and what to do in Key West. You could even buy sightseeing packages on board the bus on the way down! Great trip all and all for me and my husband.

Sunday Funday - Easy to make reservations. Bus was punctual and the staff was professional and friendly. Tour guide was very informative. The charter staff was phenomenal

You get what you pay for, and this one was cheap - Just the trip, no activities. The driver was excellent, but the bus had seen better days, and those were a long time ago. The toilet was only for the bravest or most careless of us. Otherwise everything worked well. The guide did not add much value, only did the bare minimum, although in a friendly way.

Affordable way to see Key West - I liked the door to door pickup and the driver and guide were very kind and helpful. The bus itself needs updating with new more comfortable seats with storage overhead.

Confusing details - We did not find that there is additional charges for return until we have already booked. Later we got call asking us if we intended to stay overnight. They asked us to pay additional charges in cash without giving any receipts. Point of pick up was unclear. Driver and guide were good.
