Great, small group tour - Great tour. GUIDE had great knowledge of area. Comfortable coach and small group tour. Saw lots of area. Not rushed. Plenty of variety.

Great Half Day Tour! - We had a great half day tour of Manazanillo with the lovely Naomie and her driver. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and communicated well. She and the driver (who drove really well and sensibly) took us to some hidden gems, such as beaches. Especially loved our experience at the Iguana rescue centre. Highly recommended.

Fab Tour With Niamoe - Great half day tour of the city! Naomie (hope we spelt her name right!) was a lovely, friendly and informative guide and very knowledgeable. Took us to some great sights, including hidden gems (beaches, etc.). Learnt a lot. Driver was great and drove well. Highly recommended.

The guide and driver were... - The guide and driver were very knowledgeable and friendly. Learned a lot about Manzanillo in a short amount of time and now know all the right beaches to visit and other places to see. Thank you!

Not much to see - This is a less expensive, smaller group tour than the cruise shore excursion, so those are pluses. The only problem is that there's not much to see on the tour
The first stop was the iguana zoo. It had a few other animals, like raccoons and javelinas. Only the adult iguanas had anything resembling a decent habitat. The other birds and animals were in tiny pens. One raccoon appeared deceased. Frankly this facility would be closed immediately in the US.
Then we basically drove. Drove past beaches, past viewpoints, through resorts. We did stop for a photo op once or twice.
The midday stop was at a "handicrafts artisan flea market" which was the same same T's and tourist items that are ubiquitous. This was also a restaurant stop, where I had a beer, tortillas, and pico de gallo for a very small price.
The guide was very enthusiastic and informative. She just didn't have a lot to work with.

Not as described to us... - Did not undertake the tour as we were told maximum 12 passengers, had 20 on coach & a/c didn't work at the rear where we were seated, with no visibility from the back row. All other seats occupied.
Got off before tour begun due to struggle to breath & offered full refund.
Issue wasn't so much 20 people as it was tight space & no a/c reaching the rear of the coach.
Communication was good throughout & there was no quibble about a refund.
However our cruise visit to Manzanillo was ruined by this experience.
