It definitely was not worth $70 but it was pretty fun. The staff pretty much just tries to get you to buy the ghost hunting equipment for the first three hours but after that, it's super fun! I wish they'd give you a brief lecture/tour and then you could go off by yourself immediately instead of having 5 30-minute sessions in each place listening to the same exact lecture over and over again about the dousing rods and not to be rude to spirits.

I gave top rating because #1, the staff and volunteers were wonderful!! They went through the history of the building, took the time to answer our questions, and generally made us feel at ease! #2, the building is amazing!! I had personal experiences and also a few documented experiences! I will probably do this again in the near future!
