- PEÑONCILLO VINEYARD: Following the CIVIMA and NILVA Winery visits, guests proceed to the Peñoncillo Vineyard, which boasts stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and Africa. Here, organic farming techniques used in the vineyard are explained, and guests can enjoy NILVA wines paired with tapas (ham and cheese). The vineyard visit is subject to favorable weather conditions. The trip from CIVIMA to the vineyard can be made in visitors’ private vehicles or on foot, with a scenic 10-minute walk offering captivating views of the Mediterranean Coast.
