Wonderful tour with wonderful guides ! - What a great overview of some parts of Manilla ! I had a great guided tour with Venus and Jeny. It was really enjoyable to walk in Tondo, Chinatown and Intramuros, in a really fun way. They know history, culture, anecdotes, and are eager to please people ! Of course, we did not walk for three hours; we could take jeepney & tuk tuk, in order to discover different places. We could feel the atmosphere of the Capital aming the crowd !

Fabulous tour - This was a really great insight into central Manila - its daily life and the history. Floyd was an awesome guide and we were really lucky to be in a really small group so it was easy to hear his stories and enjoy his humour

Solo Manila in Day - Floyd was an excellent tour guide, a guy with many hats. He knew a lot of history of the area and showed us around old Manila (Binondo and Intramuros). I would highly recommend this tour if you only have a day and want to learn more about Manila

Great Introduction to Manila! - This tour is a great way to be introduced to Manila. We visited a variety of neighborhoods and travelled between them on traditional transport like tuk-tuks, tricycle and jeepney! The tour started in residential areas where we saw daily life and bustling markets, then moved into Chinatown, and ended in the historic area of intramuros. Even though I joined solo and had a fantastic time — our host, Venus, was attentive, made sure everyone felt included, and shared personal stories and insights about each neighborhood. Overall it's really well organized and worth the price!

Drinking beer around chinatown while trying out rolexes - Venus and Jane gave us a great tour. The food from the different places from chinatown that Venus made us try was amazing. Jane did a great job with her part of the tour even though the heat was really humid that day. 5 stars to both of them.

It was okay - Originally booked this with my mom and my uncle, based on the description good for folks up to 90 - but unfortunately, my elderly mom was not able to keep up with the fast paced walking, and both she and my uncle tapped out even before we got to our first destination. No offer to provide a refund was made, even though the tour was not sold out. Also, their trike ride back to the hotel that Floyd arranged was 2x more than typical, and they did not drop them back directly to the hotel. Pros: - Floyd was personable and was very open about his personal experiences and opinions about the political climate of the Philippines - the tour went “off the beaten path” and gave a bit of an inside look into different neighborhoods and class differences - the other folks on the tour were really nice and fun - we enjoyed a beverage after the tour together Cons: - Very little to no historical context given at any of the sites. For example - we went to the Battle of Manila memorial, and it turned out a few of the sites we visited - Tondo and the Manila Cathedral - were sites of major events during this battle - but none of that was shared while we were there. The tour would be much improved if it was grounded in historical context - rather than opinion. - we did not end in Fort Santiago - the description of the tour is not accurate - it was a four hours versus three - the food stops were a bit out of context as well - for example, the hopia store in Binondo was just fine, as was the cardinera in the first neighborhood - but the pressure to purchase was pretty strong and I felt bad/rude if I didn’t buy anything. It would be better if the cost of the food stalls were included in the cost of the ticket - so there would not be any awkwardness and folks can freely taste without feeling pressure. It was okay. I had expected a tour with more history.
