Highlights
- Starbucks - California Garden Square - Join me as we navigate through my neighborhood, sampling all sorts of Filipino Street Food from restaurants and food vendors catering to true locals.
After a quick orientation at our meet up point, we’ll take a short ride via a Tricycle to the start of our food tour.
We will eat a wide selection of classic Filipino Street Food, from steamed dumplings, to grilled meat on skewers, to deep fried savory treats, to hearty stews, warm soups and sizzling delights. All washed down with various local juices and beer.
We cap off the experience with a nice, cool and sweet treat, before heading back to our starting point.
PS: If we’re lucky, we’ll be able to see the Balut man and if you’re brave, can have a taste of this infamous street food.

Relaxed and fun tour - Had a great time with Chloe and two other travelers. Chloe is great and even gave me 66 pesos to ensure I had enough money to get a cab back to the hotel.
We tried some things I had never eaten - things I didn’t even know people might eat. Filipinos really use most parts of a chicken or pig. Very relaxed and enjoyable few hours. Plus it was nice to see a less touristy neighborhood.

Awesome tour with knowledgable guide! - Amazing tour! Jian was fantastic and showed us a good variety of food! Recommend it for anyone in Manila! You stop at 4-5 places to try different street food, including beers and desserts.

Amazing tour guide! - Chloe, our tour guide, was amazing! I would give her 10 stars if that was an option! She gave a real sense of the Filipino Culture by introducing us to their local modes of transportation, many different types of unusual street food & drinks as well as some history of the city. Our group really had a great sense of what Filipino life is like through their food. Highly recommend the tour and Chloe! You will not be disappointed!

Food can be fun! - So much fun! Chloe was one of my best guides - ever (and I’ve been an avid traveler for over 30 years). The food is a mix of adventurous and typical, with a wide variety for all except vegetarian/vegans.

Perfect Manila Food Tour - An absolutely great tour. Hard to pick a highlight, possibly watching our diminutive guide eating an "egg" contains a complete embryo!
We learn't a lot and had a really good time.

Amazing food tour!! - We were able to try so many great foods and treats it was a wonderful way to learn more about the culture of the Philippines! Our tour guide Chloe was so lovely and made the experience so much more enjoyable for my husband and I. Worth every penny highly recommend!

So full that I skipped a meal afterwards - Food was amazing, need to be adventurous at some point but overall it’s a lovely experience to know more about the local food culture. Be sure that you come with an empty stomach because they just kept feeding you!! Tour guide Chloe was also very lovely, super friendly and very knowledgeable on the food culture. Definitely recommend to people who’re open-minded and would love to dig in the Filipino food culture!

Interesting Experience but Expensive - The tour with guide Chloe was an enjoyable. Chloe’s expertise and enthusiasm contributed significantly to the overall enjoyment of the tour
While the tour itself was a captivating experience, I found the overall cost of the tour, amounting to 3,700 pesos, to be on the higher side considering the proximity of the locations and the street food prices.
