Culture and Adventure - Excellent team. It exceeded expectations. A wonderful experience that few Brazilians venture, unfortunately. A great way to learn about the history of the region.

Best trip , highly recommend - This trip is so good , exceeding our expectations. Even though it’s said half day, but actually it’s 6 hour trip, full of fun activities. The buffet lunch is so yummy, lots of varieties. They even organized car to drop us back to our hotel. We really enjoyed every minute of the trip. Highly recommend!

6 hour tour on the Amazon River - Within the possibilities of simplicity, but with a lot of zeal and education, the tour was 10. Those who like a lot of comfort should choose options with air conditioning. Within this tour option, the boat was very clean, the educated guide and crew member muiyo, the sensational scheduled visits and the food, in a simple and very clean place were delicious.

Amazon Forest Tour - A nice experience for families, including boat travel to the waterfront, pirarucu fishing (additional cost of 10,00 per attempt), lunch in a floating, crafts, access bridge to the site where there are victories-reggies (going a few meters into the forest), visit to an indigenous tribe (possibility to paint on the face with a cost of 10,00) and bath with the boto (dured 5 min at most). In the restaurant it would be interesting to have plates with identification of the dishes, as tourists who are not from the region end up not able to identify some items.

Good value - Pickup and drop off seamless. 50-60 people in the boat. layed back. No stress tour. A necessary tour in Manaus.

What to do if you have little time - It is well organized with an overview of several places visitable around Manaus in half a day, very good meal but obviously with a very tourist aspect

Great nature, but unsafe driving, poor guiding, and serious animal welfare issues - Cons first. Pickup and drop-off were awful. The drop-off driver was aggressive, ran red lights, and clearly ignored traffic rules even after I asked him to drive safely. The morning pickup was also late: I was told to be ready at 8:00 am, but the driver arrived around 8:36 am. Another serious issue was the stop at the "indigenous village", animals are kept there and handed to tourists for photos as soon as boats arrive. The animals looked exhausted and constantly stressed, especially the sloths. This felt like clear animal mistreatment and should not be part of any tour or tourists should be discouraged and warned if tour operator cannot control it. The guide translated only about 15–20% into English, with most explanations given in Portuguese, which made it hard to follow the tour. On the positive side, the Meeting of the Waters was impressive, swimming near the pink river dolphins was a unique experience, and the lunch followed by a short walk in the forest was absolutely wonderful. Those parts of the tour were truly memorable.

Lots included, could be more responsible - The tour I went on included a stop to see the pink dolphins (fed from a platform), captive piracucu fish, a village of indigenous people putting on a dance show and naughty beggar monkeys, as well as the meeting of the waters. There was a lot of upselling of experiences (feeding the fish) and overall not the type of responsible tourism I prefer. But popular with Brazilian and int’l tourists.

Awful customer service - This was a terrible experience. I was scheduled to go on a River expedition near Manaus but couldn’t get to the pickup point because we were staying in a remote jungle lodge accessible only by river. The tour organizers affiliated with Trip Advisor were in steady contact with me and were very attentive, UNTIL I INFORMED THEM THAT I NEEDED TO CANCEL. After that point ( which occurred the day before our scheduled tour), they stopped ALL communication. Furthermore, Trip Advisor did not respond to my request for a refund. Then, the Trip Advisor team had the temerity to send a feedback form for the trip that never happened. I am quite disappointed with Trip Advisor. I have used their services around the world but am now confident that they will play no part in future travel plans.
