The art of making focaccia and pesto - Wonderful experience with Ivonne n gentleman baker. Learned so much from this region's culture/history. These are 2 people that are passionate about what they do. There is an art involved in making the focaccia. The baker incorporates his own homemade oil n shares techniques of working with the dough. Here is also where pesto was born. Ivonne explains only the best ingredients from the region are blended to make the pesto. Truly enjoyed our time spent with them.
