Excellent customer service - We pre-booked both hop on hop off bus tours, the harbour tour and the Gozo trip with Eleanor at the office on the seafront in Sliema. The bus tours and harbour tour were excellent. Unfortunatelty, my wife had an acident and went into hospital and we were unable to do the Gozo trip. Iseemalta were excellent in refunding the Money for the Gozo trip. Many thanks to Ruth in customer services.

A great way to see Malta - This is a great offer and definitely worth doing, we stayed in Sliema so a short walk to catch the boat which is a 90 minute trip with a great commentary. The bus stop is outside the hotel so two separate days for the North Island and South Island, both taking around 3 hours each. We stopped off at Mdina in the North and Marsaxlokk in the South both worth going to.

Must visit - It was a great experience and they also helped with any special needs. Reza was very helpful and boat was I See 4. Would highly recommend

Nice experience - Very nice experience, thanks to Epifanio who recommended the Leisure Plus Pass package, we visited the aquarium and experienced the Odyssey. He informed us of places to visit and times. The only flaw are the buses a bit old, the audio guide did not work well and the windows were fogged.

Exploring malta - We have booked in gzira/sliema with Ajit. A very friendly guy who gave us a lot of info. The 3 trips were perfect for exploring the island. The only flaw on the bus is that you don't understand the driver at the top and that there is nowhere a mention of which bus stop you are at. Tip : a display similar to that on the scheduled buses

Affordable and convenient sight seeing! - Affordable and convenient to see the real sights of Malta. Definitely go to Mdina and spend 1/2 day! Also, take the ride and just look around. We went to GOZO for the day and did the same thing. Fabulous! Fast ferry and ancient temple ruins.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS - We spent more time waiting for buses than seeing sights. Drivers tell you 1hr to the next bus, its rarely true, drivers dont announce stops, and sometimes dont stop at all. We waited at one stop with several others, saw the bus pass by the stop we were at, called customer service and was told the bus was late as it was broken down, when it had just passed without stopping. Our trip was such a disaster we asked for a refund, but were told everything was running to plan on the days we travelled, so no refund. I reviewed this company previously, they responded with more lies, stating that we were contacted by email and a positive conclusion reachd. ABSOLUTELY UNTRUE. We contacted them offering them an opportunity to make things right and were basicaly told no, and it was implied that we were not telling the truch. We beg to differ. Contact the Malta Tourism Association if you had a similar experience.

very confusing and overall a bad experience. no information - The brochure gave me information about the bus tour termination point that was wrong. I ended up walking an hour to try to find where the bus was. the whole thing was very confusing. there was no map. there was no timetable. there was no anything. all I could do was look at my cell phone and it was very difficult to read the information in the sunlight. while I was trying to figure out the maps and the time schedules, it was very poorly executed. I'd never go on another TripAdvisor travel for anything

Rip off do not buy - Sold this pass at the airport - poorly explained . Bus never runs to schedule , chaos at loading no clearly marked stops , drivers are rude , no commentary to learn anything about the island . Long stop at retail village ( noone was even interested so it was an obvious push to make sales ) sad schedule that makes it inefficient to see anything . One driver was rude to passengers waiting to load telling us all to wait for the next one in 10 minutes despite being 50 minutes late . We insisted on getting on and there was empty seats ?. Why turn away people were already upset by the long wait. We have abandoned using it for the rest of our stay ( 4 days more ) as it’s not worth the frustration Biggest rip off ever … do not buy

Malta hop on hop off bus chaos! - Absolute chaos! Two different companies run hop on hop off buses, their schedules are identical. Buses either red with yellow or red with white. I see Malta and Malta sightseeing. This was not explained to us and once in a busy queue at the correct waiting place, only to be told “sorry wrong company”. You’re the other bus! We tried to escape the queue to look for another bus but as we saw it, it was pulling away! We had arrived 45mins early to ensure a good seat on top and had no idea there were different companies running these buses! What an absolute shambles. No signage at the bus stops nor assistance was given. Never experienced anything as disorganised before! So please be careful and ensure you know who you booked with!
