Nice day out to Gozo! - Nice day out to Gozo. Good transport to the port in a large mini bus so there were not too many hotel stops to pick up passengers. The yacht to Gozo was a good size and not overcrowded like many of the others. We had a couple of opportunities to swim in the morning at the blue lagoon, and then we motored over to Gozo, where we were picked up by buggies for a short trip to a restaurant for a nice buffet lunch. After lunch we had a nice tour of Gozo with Peter, our driver who was a very good guide. Please note that the buggies are very noisy, so you need to sit in the front if you want to hear the driver who will also be your guide.

excellent experience - The excursion with the very cool sailboat. Except we haven't been able to get to the blue lagon xiringuitos xq the sailboat anchors further. With a boat (which you pay part €10) he has taken us to see the caves. Then in Gozo with a buggie we made an incredible excursion with our driver Luiggi, at one of the stops we took another boat for 5€ and entered through the rocks. Buffet food has been great. On the boat there was free water and white wine but the rest of the drinks are paid for and if you want potatoes frites tb are paid. Despite that, we had an amazing day. Fully recommended.

From the sea to GozO - Very pleasant boat trip. Hearty and varied lunch. The bays where we bathed are lovely but not suitable for snorkeling. Very interesting trip with Buggy. The places visited are out of this world. The driver Marco is a blast. Very prepared and just as fun.

Got left behind in the... - Got left behind in the sea when the boat left blue lagoon early and the crew didnt check numbers. No apologies, thankfully another boat master helped me. Tour around the island had minimal information and only saw a couple things, not what I was hoping for

Buggy and boat trip - The buggy trip was unsafe, our driver drove very fast. We stopped for an hour at Rambla beach at our request and from then on it seemed like a race against time. Feel like I haven't seen Gozo. The boat trip was fine although overcrowded on the way out. Time in the crystal and blue Lagoon was perfect.

Could be great if better organised. - Positives: Brilliant guide Steve on our 4x4 buggy (I wouldn’t call it a jeep). Steve is very knowledgeable and happy to chat, explained history and interesting facts about Gozo island. It was a fun ride! Lunch was sufficient - light buffet in a guest house served with local very young white wine. Second part of the day was sailing to and around Comino island, caves with time to swim in the sea. If you fan of snorkelling have your equipment ready because the sea here is so clear and visibility is amazing. Enough sea creatures to see as well. Visiting caves are at additional price on a smaller ‘speed’ boat and we had a speedy ride at the end for a few minutes, that was great fun! You’re not allowed to swim to/in the caves due to the motorised boats constantly going in and out. On the sailing boat you have water and white wine free to drink if you wish to. You have as well a hose with clear water to wash yourself after deep in the sea. Please notice that it’s not necessarily in this order - Gozo jeeps than Comino sail, others had it other way around. Negatives: Kids over 10 years old full price. Although on the tickets and the information in the emails clearly stated pick up time as 8:00am, from our pick up point it’s apparently it’s 30 min later. So we had to stand in full sun (this side of the street doesn’t have shade in the morning and it’s +30 degrees Celsius) for 40 minutes because it morning traffic and bus was late additional 10 minutes. Another point - you will be returning with the same driver/bus so instead of drivers hectically searching for their passengers with the list of the names, if you give each bus a number at the start and tell people find their bus number on the return, the process should be much easier and less stressful. So all in all we enjoyed the trip but it was poorly organised pick ups and drop offs. Hence the reduced rating.

More expected - We expected a lot from this tour but it was a bit disappointing. The jeep tour was on regular roads where regular cars drove. We didn't go off-road anywhere. Also we did not have as many stops as described in the description and where we stopped we had 10 min each time, sometimes that was really too little. A lot of noise in the jeep, actually only the person sitting next to the driver hears the explanation. Lunch was disappointing. Then the trip around Comino. You can't choose what to do first either. One half of the group does the jeep tour first and the other half Comino and then vice versa. We had 2 stops with the boat. There is indeed free wine and water on board, but you have to ask. And it's in bottles that aren't cooled. The boat stops fairly far from the lagoon, so you have to swim a serious part to get into a cave. You could snorkel there - with your own equipment - but there was hardly anything to see (in Sliema there are many more fish to see). It is a nice boat, but without sunbeds. In itself a beautiful day but not what we expected.

Last minute cancellation - They cancelled on us the day before we were due to go citing “scheduling error”. I had bought this as a present and it was very disappointing to cancel so last minute.
