Bucket list place to visit for every Malmo visitor! - Absolute museum 🙌🙌🙌. We spent 1,5 hour in place and it was truly memorable experience. First part was viewing the exhibition with totally unimaginable ways to prepare obscure meals and a lot things you were able to discover. However tasting really disgusting food was the best. Veronika was really great guide and communication was additionally upgraded because we could use our native language. She explained every taste with details which helped us completing the challenges. Friendly atmosphere between colleagues and tourists made the whole moment unforgettable. Best regards from team Poland!

Excellent experience - A completely awesome disgusting experience that we will soon forget. So done! And super staff.
None of us tasted anything at all 🤣 Sansebombardement was total.
I have not even been able to give examples of what we saw. As if the words weren’t going out of my mouth 🤣 And to see ‘my own food’ be described, so one thinks ‘whaaat??!!’
Warm recommendation. Well done.

That was so cool! And my daughter at 7 was also entertained - can definitely be recommended. - Fun and exciting day!
Fat experience to taste all the strange things and get allowed to spin the wheel!!
Even though your mouth is ruined after the chili tasting, it was all worth it!

Nice stop at Malmö - Great place, very friendly staff. We got to try many different things at the tasting. I won a pack of stickers and my friend got to try a scorpion!

Awesome experience and energetic supporting staff - We visited as part of a scout trip. The moment we stepped in we were greeted very warmly.
It was smaller than expected, but the exhibit was nicely organized and the smelling jars was... Lets call it popular ("leader, smell this!").
The high point was the taste bar, where we hijacked the guy who greeted us. Or he hijacked us. But presentation was on spot. The support was great and the little push to bravery got both some of the scout but also the leaders to taste a few things extra.
We had a competition going and our host helped with that also (and sorry, we kinda walked out with a pen we borrowed to keep score)
Ultimately two scout tasted everything. And all in all a great experience and awesome host.
All we would wish for would be a patch, for the uniform. But the pin is also nice 😁
So thank you for having us
And a warning to others. dont worry, you get used to the smell in the room

To Paraphrase, Disgustibus non est disputandum. - Our wide-ranging, adventuresome palates have led us to experience, and sometimes enjoy, a number of "disgusting" foods. This trip we finally arrived early enough to get here before closing. Great display and selection!!! I loved the way they expanded the definition of "disgusting" to include foods that are slowly destroying out planet (cattle and overfishing), politicians (we're from the U.S.A., take a wild guess), and foods we'd best just stop putting on grocery shelves (as one food critic once put, "If no other organism wan't to eat it, like Twinkies or Pop Tarts, you should, perhaps, trust their judgement). Well done!!! We've visited my wife's family in Sweden many times but we'd not, as yet, been given the surstömming experience. Fortunately, it was offered as one of the testers at the end of the tour. Hmm, doable, we will consider the full on "spurting can" someday. Of those offered for tasting, Hákari (Icelandic fermented shark) was at the edge, but not beyond, doable. I hope this museum prospers!!!

Educational and fun. - A very unusual approach learning the cultural diversity in foods and tasting what some consider as disgusting. Fun and educational.

Rather bad. - Absolutely boring. Tiny tiny. The price is absolutely not justified.
The staff is super nice but 22 euros per person I can't understand
